Teddylot: Who cares? We need to know about more pressing issues, like why is he holding a tiny yoshi in his arms! Zap: It's just a curiosity I had. Oh, before I forget, Fem. You might want to step outside before you teleport again. I overheard Jolene talking about turning on a "Yamauchi Anti Teleportation" or something. Zap readjusted his glasses before glancing at the yoshi in Jack's arms. Zap: .... That came from the egg from earlier, didn't it? Teddylot: Hey! Since Kirb's not here, why don't we put it in a pot and boil it! I wouldn't mind having that hotdog now! Zap: No. 
Teddylot: Partypooper. -------------------------- Kirby stepped into an open room that looked just like the normal arena. However, there were some huge differences. First, Grubba wasn't there. Second, there were about 20 people in the audience. Supa Dreamlander: ... This is lame. Grubba's voice boomed into the room from the loud speakers, however, it sounded a bit mechanical. Grubba: Fer our next battle we got --- The-Merciless-Executioner-sa -- SUPA DREAMLANDER AND CO.! -- And -- The-Thorny-Demon-sa -- The Tiny Spinies! Kirby stepped up the platform. He was a bit irritated. On the other side of the arena stood two Red Spike Topped Buzzy Beetles. Supa Dreamlander: Prerecorded message too? What kind of major league treatment is this? Spiked Buzzy: Wheeee! It's gonna be fun poking fun at you! Grubba: Get yerselves ready to---BAAAAAAAATLE! |

| Bandy Andy looked to the sides. He then lowered his voice.
Bandy Andy: Well... Not now, I suppose.. Maybe when there's an important match going on, or something... ------------------------- Zap: Well, hopefully it's not something we have to be worried about. Teddylot: I'm a bear! Zap: A stuffed one. Teddylot: I'm higher up on the food chain than some lizard! Yami, who was falling asleep, gave out a little yawn. Teddylot quickly hid behind Zap. Teddylot: Take him! He's less cooler than I am! ------------------------- Confetti exploded everywhere, followed by a few claps. Grubba: We got ourselves a winner! -- SUPA DREAMLANDER AND CO.! Supa Dreamlander: That was fairly simple. Almost like free money. Kirby shrugged as he walked off the platform, throwing away an empty Pow Block he had purchased earlier. Meanwhile the spiked topped Buzzy Beetles were struggling to get off of their single spined backs. |

| The audience was already going crazy as Grubba started to announce the next fight in the main arena.
Grubba: Fer our next battle, we got a nice treat for all of you folks. A match between our quickly uprising koopas! That's right! The Lone KP Koopaaaa versus the Blaaaaaazing Dynamo! --------------------------------------- Once again, the creepy rhino in the tacky clothes had appeared besides Grey... Dupree: Bonjour, Monsieur. I wonder what flower zat beautiful mademoiselle likes? She eez like a ravishing, but thorny, red rose, honh? Oui, she is thorny... ------------------------------------- Supa Dreamlander: Hey, Yami! I hope you were being a good little boy! Yami seemed to have woken up when Kirby stepped inside the Major League locker room. The caped lad thanked Jack as Yami was handed over to him. Supa Dreamlander: Grey said he was gonna head on over to the Juice Shop, so I thought I'd tag along. Oh! Before I forget.. Kirby handed everyone in his group a plastic card. Teddylot proceeds to bite the card. Supa Dreamlander: Jolene told me that our winnings will be electronically transferred into our own accounts. There's no interest or fees and such. Apparantly, we're winning so much money, as a group, that they couldn't afford giving us sacks and suitcases of gold coins. Um.. We got 15 coins transferred in... We're ranked 9 now... Kirby turned around and headed out the door. Teddylot: 15 coins? Aww... That's not enough for that Jumbo Kill-a-tron that was being sold in a back alley in Rogueport.. Zap: I told you that you shouldn't have wasted all the money on the candy. Zap sighed as he walked towards the computer terminal. Zap: Get your best gimmicks ready, Teddylot, because we're going to earn Kirby's money back. Teddylot: Gah! My old war wound! I've got a fractured knee! Zap: Nice try. You don't even have any bones. | The woman seemed almost in a world of her own. She momentarily glanced at Grey.
Mysterious Woman: Watching you fight.. You remind me of the first champion, Prince Mush. --------------------- Harle: Ooh la la! You've made eet to ze major league, have you? Kirby quietly growled to himself as he lost his chance for running out the front lobby door. Supa Dreamlander: No fooling you, huh?
Harle: Zere eez no fooling Harle! Supa Dreamlander: I've gotta go take Yami out to eat. Harle: Before you go.. You must know zat somet'ing steenks 'ere, and eet eez not ze manly o'deres. Call eet a t'ief's eentuition... Bet-tere safe zan sorri, mon cheri! Yami coos a bit as Kirby rocks the baby yoshi a bit. Supa Dreamlander: Yeah... I know. She took a sip of her drink. Mysterious Woman: I am.. quite amazed to see you and your friends advance so quickly. A lot more quickly than Prince Mush... of course, he did take his time... -------------------- Supa Dreamlander: Ah.. the nice air, once again... Ugh... The sudden realization that I might see that lady again... Man... I really wish I wasn't wearing this getup.. Yami lets out another cooing sound as Kirby sighed. | The mysterious woman didn't even glance at Grey. She took a sip of her drink, finishing it off. She placed the drink on the counter top, with the ice clinging to the bottom of the glass cup.
Mysterious Woman: I tend not to remember the names of most fighters... Of course, there are those rare circumstances.. such as yourself, Mr. Grey, and that man over there, Mr. Dreamlander. The Mysterious Woman looked at the front of the store as Kirby stepped inside. She scratched her ear before handing a tip to the bar keeper. She then started walking towards the door. Supa Dreamlander: Alright, Yami! Let's see what kinda fruit you like! |

Meanwhile, the toadette slowly walked towards the Glitzpit building, without glancing anywhere. Of course, other people, who were just standing around, couldn't help but notice the mysterious looking young woman walking across Glitzville. Dupree: Aww... Ze leettle rose... She has left again... Honh honh... Supa Dreamlander: Gah! Where the heck did you come from? Dupree: Aaah! What iz ze leetle monster trying to do?! Supa Dreamlander: Yami! Stop! It's not cotton candy! ----------------------- Meanwhile... Teddylot and Zap returned to the major league locker room. Zap plopped himself onto the velvet laced benches while Teddylot hopped around the room. Teddylot: Whoo! You can't stop us! Not you, mister creepy-steel-turtle-with-glowing-eyes! Not you, ugly fuzzy creatures with no fuzzy style! And certainly not you, mister freaky-dot-eyes! Zap: Teddylot, quit taunting them. Teddylot: But look at that tough guy over there! He's just begging to be picked on! Zap: I think I'm wishing we had a tough match just to keep you quiet. Teddylot: Oh pishaw. Zap let out a sigh. They had just faced off with two round, spiked creatures with constant grins. It seemed like it might've been tough, but Teddylot's hyperness saved the day. Well, more like saved a few seconds, anyway. Zap looked at Jack. Zap knew Jack was fed up with being in the Glitzpit. Teddylot: Heeeeeyyyy... Why are we being treated worse than when we were in the minors, huh? We're shacked up with a bunch of stiffs, we had to fight in an ugly reserve arena, and that lady didn't walk in here handing us money! Zap: The money is automatically added into our accounts, remember? Teddylot: Okay.. but... That still doesn't solve the problem of THAT GUY WITH THE CREEPY EYES OVER THERE! | Things seemed to be turning out for Grey as he weaved through the people.
The woman stopped walked when she reached the Glitzpit building. She turned her head to the side, with her styled lock of hair following her movement. A moment later, s he stepped inside. It was pretty obvious that Grey wasn't going to lose her. There were a lot less people inside. Infact, you can actually count the people inside. There was the news reporter and his lakitu camera man; the young toad that is paid to welcome people to the Glitzpit and the toadette that was in love with the welcomer; and that french harlequin leaning against a wall, reading a newspaper. And then it happened. The mysterious woman stepped inside the women's bathroom. ----------------------------- Teddylot: A challenge, huh? I can see that.. Since we're going to be distracted by that guy's CREEPY EYES! Zap: Oh, knock it off. Teddylot: Fine, fine. I hope our next fight don't have CREEPY EYES! Zap: I'm assuming they're goombas. "The Goomlm Folk" Teddylot: Their eyes are creepy, but not as creepy as that guy! Zap: Didn't I tell you to knock it off? -------------------------------- Supa Dreamlander: Put it on War-Grey-Mon's tab. He said he'd pay for it
Barkeeper: Sure thing. Supa Dreamlander placed Yami on his head as he picked up a giant bowl with a very long straw. It had a mixture of grapes, apples, bananas, and watermelons in the concoction. Supa Dreamlander: Okay, Yami, try and grab the straw! Yami: Yoshi! |

I think I'm enjoying this a little too much... I'm.. supposed to be on a rescue mission too... Yami: Yoshi Kirby stepped outside and started walking towards the Glitzpit. Supa Dreamlander: But I got to meet you, Yami. ------------------------------- There was a "ahem" coming from Grey's side. Beside him stood a tall, beefy security guard. Security Guard: Ahem. Sir, I'd like to know what you are doing? Our security cameras noticed something peculiar walking towards the women's bathroom... There was a slight giggle coming from behind a newspaper. |

It's asomethingaskjermelier! The news reporter turns around, noticing no one behind him. He then turns to face Kirby, whom's already gone. The bowl that Kirby was carrying was now being carried by the welcoming Toad. |

Jolene turned towards the door that led to the Glitzpit halls and started walking. At the sametime, Kirby moved out of Jolene's way. He had appeared next to the door, far away from the news reporter. | Jolene's short physique definitely didn't allow her to appear on level with Grey. Despite that, she stared straight up at Grey. However, everytime she blinked twice, her eyes twitched to the same corner.
After what seemed to be an eternity, which was really a minute, Jolene finally spoke. Jolene: Security would only pose more of a problem. I seriously need to get back to work, but I will tell you that it's in your best interest to not speak to me about Prince Mush. Your adoring fans or even your locker mates would be better to ask... And please don't follow me anymore, Xyger. And with that, Jolene entered her office and quietly closed the door. -------------------------- Teddylot: It's about time you made it! Supa Dreamlander: Wha? Teddylot: We were worried sick about you! Supa Dreamlander: Really now?
Teddylot: I lied. Supa Dreamlander: Anyway... I heard something about a fight? Zap: Yeah, there was another match we were about to go into. I wasn't in the mood to fight, but Teddylot still hit the button. Supa Dreamlander: Ah.. well.. Since I came in time, why don't you hold onto Yami for me while I get the fight over with? Zap: Oh, you have to use the reserve arena again. Supa Dreamlander: What? Teddylot: I know what you mean. We're not being treated like the super stars that we are! Supa Dreamlander: Grr.. Whatever.. Kirby hands Yami over to Zap, and starts walking out of the room. >>>>>> In the reserve arena, Grubba's computerized voice boomed in. Supa Dreamlander stepped inside the room, and noticed that he sees only janitors taking up the seats. Supa Dreamlander: Looks like we're not gonna get enough power to charge the Star Stones.. Grubba: Fer our next battle, we got the -- Merciless Executioner-s -- SUPA DREAMLANDER AND CO.! -- Versus -- The Fighting Veterans--The Goomlm Folk! On the other side of the arena stood four goombas. One was donned in a helmet with shades, another had a yellow colored black mage's cap, the third goomba wore thick glasses, and the last one had a red hat with a plumed feather. Supa Dreamlander: .. | ((If Grey didn't tell me, I wouldn't have realized it ))
The Goomba with the helmet and the Goomba with the glasses both looked down. It looks like their Guts went down.. Goomsky: You ignorant bastard! However, the Goomba with the red hat launched himself into Grey's abdomen, performing a lightning quick headbutt. Goomsky flipped backwards, and quickly chanted to himself. His body was covered with a soft yellowish glow until he landed on the platform. Goomsky stomped his left foot into the ground, causing a wave of stalagmites to surge forward. Meanwhile, Kirby barely pulled Grey out of the way of the earthy attack. Supa Dreamlander: Okay, what was the point of you saying all that, and I'm having trouble believing that move since we're on a floating, constructed island.
