| The boat Sky, Lucas, and Clara were on was already starting to shrink into the distance.
Arminas walked over to the boat, while Lily jumped onto the boat as well. Arminas: I'll drive. Arminas climbed onto the boat, and walked over to the steering wheel. Random Man on Dock: Do you understand the controls? Arminas: Yeah, I'm used to handling boats. Lily: Hah! I knew having an Alliance marine around would come in handy! Arminas: Er.. wait, how did you-- Lily: Oh come on, you may got some fuzzy stuff over them, but with my treasure hunting eyes, I can easily see you've got some Alliance marine issued gloves. Arminas started up the engine, not responding. Lily shrugged. Lily: Alright! Time to set sail! Whoowhooo! |

| After Sigmund got on, Arminas started to head the boat out.
Random Man on the Dock: The engine's a little worn out! Don't ride it too hard! The man slumped over a bit as he lost sight of the boat. Random Old Man on the Dock: Whuzza, sonny? Random Man on the Dock: Eh.. I lent my board out to some weird kid. The pay was good, so I just went along with it.. Random Old Man on the Dock: A kid, you say? ------------------------ Lily: Hey, Drenchy, what's wrong? You look so glum. |

Lily walked over to Arminas, who was busy handling the boat over the waves. Lily: Go, Army! Floor it! Teach's boat, dead ahead! Arminas: ... It's that kid. I can see him. Lily: Kid? Arminas: He's piloting their boat... I know it's him. He's the one that got me in trouble with the Bantam Bouncers in the first place. Arminas found his hand unable to keep the boat from speeding up. Lily: Aren't.. we supposed to just be following them? Arminas: I'd like a word with him. Lily: Great, looks like you're forgetting to think again. Oh well, it's not like they can stop us now. |

Arminas: We wasted enough time. The boat eventually caught up to the other one. Arminas directed the boat to be moving along side the other. Lily: Oh, would you look at that. Fancy meeting you here. Lucas finally noticed who was on the other boat, and walked towards the side of the boat. Clara came outside of the cabin, and stood by Lucas. Lucas: .. oh please. Clara: I thought we told you not to come with us. Arminas: ... Boy: Nice to see you again, Alliance marine. Arminas: What're you up to this time? Lucas: ... You two know each other? Arminas: Thanks to him, I wound up having to fight the Bouncers. |

| Arminas: Lucas be careful, he's probably working on some scheme right now.
Lucas: Just who are you? The boy shrugged. He pulled a level and flipped a switch besides the steering wheel. Boy: Alliance marines are pretty good with boats, right? Arminas: And what if they are? Boy: I'm not half bad, myself. I get anxious when another person and I are good at the same things. I always feel I simply must find out which one is truly better. Don't you? Clara: .. I'm not liking where this will end. Clara immediately walked back into the cabin. Boy: You and I are going to have a little race. Think you can keep up? The boy pushed a lever forward, causing the boat's engine to work a little harder. Arminas gritted his teeth, and immediately started pushing the boat to go faster. Lily nearly lost her footing in the sudden speed up. |

Arminas: You're NOT getting away! Boy: He's doing pretty well with that boat. That's an Alliance marine for you! 
Lucas: D-don't drag us into your stupid games! Stop this at once! Boy: What happened to the woman who was with you? Lucas: She went into the cabin. She isn't feeling well. Boy: But this feels so good! What a shame.
Lucas: I told you to stop this! We're about to speed up. You'd better hold on tight. The boat started moving a bit faster, knocking Lucas to the back of the boat. | The boy immediately killed the engine as Ark came in to swoop in for an attack.
Boy: Hey now! That's cheating! The boy looked at the other boat, and waited. Arminas: Ow.. You could've told me that without hitting me! A panel from the engine flew out into the air, spitting out a few flames. Lily: Aah! Problems! Major problems! Arminas: Damnit! Boy: Perfect timing, and I didn't even have to do anything. Clara: Is it safe to come out now? Arminas pulled back the lever, and immediately turned off the boat. The boy on the other boat took the moment to go into full speed as Arminas walked away from the steering wheel to inspect the engine. Clara: !(edited by Kirbynite on 03-13-06 12:02 AM) |

| Out of the wisp of flame came out a shiney red jewel. It didn't have any special design, except for a strange little insignia etched into the jewel that couldn't be determined.
Hikari: What in the.. Mitra: Oh my.. What do ya'll think that is? Hikari walked over to the jewel, which was laying on the ground between everyone. Hikari bent down to pick it up, but immediately released it. Hikari: Aah! It's pipin' hot! |

There was a slamming sound coming where Arminas was standing. He quickly walked back to the steering wheel and turned on the engine. Lily: Geeze, what's wrong with him? ???: Hey, you there. Lily: ... ? Arminas: What... That voice.. A little girl with brown hair and in a yellow dress stepped out of the cabin. ???: Stop being a nuisance and getting in Arminas' way. All of you. Arminas: Hailey?! |

Lucas was clutched onto the center mast as the boat was now beached by a rocky path. Lucas: .... That.. was certainly something. -------------- The little nine year old walked over to Lily and Ark and furrowed her brows. Hailey: Why are you all here? It should've been just Arminas. Lily: Army, who is this little brat? I don't like her. She's obnoxious. Arminas: Just met her this morning. Don't really know her. The rocks are a bit slippery, and there're plenty of monsters in the water wanting some food. |

Arminas: *sighs* ------------ Lucas climbed down the side of the boat. He was normally ok with boat rides, but this was a new one to him. Meanwhile, Clara was shaking in every little movement she made, from walking out the cabin to getting off the boat. Boy: Don't lose your sea legs, now. After we walk by all these rocks, we're going to ride a raft across Angel Lake. Clara let out a whimper. |

| Arminas felt a bit embarassed as he pushed Sigmund out of the way.
Arminas: Er.. yeah.. just a little distracted. --------------- The boy was skipping along the rocks. His hands were in his pockets, and he didn't seem to have any balancing issues. Clara: Could.. Could you slow down a bit? I'm.. trying to recover from the trip. Lucas: I'd hate to say it, Clara, but with monster infested waters at our sides, it's probably for the best if we keep moving. If I'm correct, the mosnters in the Raging Bay area are known for their ice element. |

| Arminas slowed the boat down a bit before letting it beach itself next to the other boat.
Arminas: Looks like they're already moving on.. What now? I can't see them.. Lily: Remember what Bella said? Arminas: Bella? Lily: That dancer lady. Anyway, I think she said something about Angel Lake. Angel Lake is said to be beyond Raging Bay. Arminas shut off the engine and stepped towards the edge of the boat. ----------------- Boy: Are you sure? There's still another thing to be riding... The boy, Sky, Lucas, and Clara had already cleared the rocks. The boy ran up the hill, and pointed at what was beyond it. Lucas and Clara walked over to the hill, and were greeted by a beautiful lake. The water had the perfect shade of blue to let anyone's eyes get lost in. Clara: It's beautiful! Boy: And that's what you're riding across in. The boy points to the raft that was not chained up amongst the several square shaped, wooden rafts. There was a short mast in the center, but it obviously had no use. It seemed only four people can ride in it, barely. Clara let out another whimper. Boy: I don't mind helping you across. |

Hailey: Um.. could one of you help me down? Lily: I don't know.. maybe an obnoxious brat should stay where its safe, heh heh. Hailey: Oh come on! I helped you guys with the boat! |

This yoshenyoshi was wearing a pair of goggles, a yellow hood, and a giant wrench on his back. ???: Yoshi! I am Cidoshi of the Yoshenyoshi. Pleased to meet you! Hailey: It's a talking baby yoshi!
