| Kidnapper: I've had enough of this. I will bury you all right here and no--
Arminas: Give Allison back! Clara: Justice shall prevail! Arminas nor waited for Sky and the mystery man to finish their banter. Both came charging at the kidnapper, with their fingertips glowing. Both had their weapons of choice extended and aiming to thust it into the kidnapper. The man in the black jacket spun around to the right, with Arminas's fist plowing through nothing but air. Meanwhile, the kidnapper performed a roundhouse kick during his spin at Clara's blade, throwing the swordswoman off balance. Lucas wasn't too thrilled with the reckless running, but he thought he might as well do something about it. He held up a glowing hand, and pointed at the kidnapper. However, he noticed the kidnapper's eyes looked at him momentarily. Lucas: .. No good, he's resolute. My crystal ome would do more harm than good inside. |

| Meanwhile, Hikari had just finished climbing over the pile of boulders. She looked around the area, hoping to find a perfectly fine Mitra waving at her. Instead, she saw just a knocked over man.
Now that the man wasn't moving, it was easier to tell what he was wearing. A blue vest with gold trimming, a long sleeved, white shirt with the sleeve ends becoming wider at the ends, some light colored pants, and light brown boots. Definitely a bit out of the ordinary, but-- Hikari: Still felt a bit natural...*shakes head* Er.. I mean... I need to stop bleeding narration like that.. Hikari held onto her hat as she slid down the slippery rocks. As soon as she reached level ground, she jumped into the air with the momentum she got. Kidnapper: Damned Go-- Aiiee! Just as as the man was getting up to his feet, he was knocked back to the ground by an elbow to the chest. Kidnapper: Damn, lass. Ye done near kill meh. Hikari: You'd better tell me Miss Mitra ain't under that heap behind me, or, by the Goddesses, I swear I will shank you. The red head's intense glare beated directly into the kidnapper's jade-hued eyes. Her eyes wandered momentarily to the sides as a little rush of blood swept into her cheeks. It was at that moment the man pushed Hikari off, and immediately tried to pin her down by grabbing her arms. However, the girl rolled further to the side and pushed herself onto her feet. Along the way up, she pulled out a knife out of her boot, and held it in a strange combat position. Kidnapper: Yer very quick. Hikari: You caught me off guard, but don't think I won't carve a matching scar on that face of yours. Kidnapper: Whoa whoa whoa. Ye need ta calm down some, lass. Ah, why are ye askin' fer her? 'Tis the reason be you wantin' attention from me, eh? I'll take ye away if ye like. Hikari's face grew a bit red as she stared at the man in pure confusion. She blinked for a moment. She shook her head and then stomped her left foot. Hikari: Don't be sweet talkin' me! An' don't be changin' the subject! Where is Mitra? Kidnapper: Oh, ye don't even ask for me name? Ah, fine then. The man points up to a fifty yard cliff wall. Hikari traces her eyes along the rocky wall, and finds a giant beast standing atop. Hikari: A Biggoron?! Biggoron: Mah name Mule Joe-goro. Get it right-goro. Hikari was surprised and unimpressed at the sametime. The giant stared down at everyone from beneath his enormous sombrero. His left arm popped out from beneath his poncho to curl his long, thin mustache. A very blank look appeared on Hikari's face when she looked at the man again. | The kidnapper's eyes did not have any burning warrior's eyes. The eyes were cold and full of hatred.
Kidnapper: I have no desire be a part of your sadistic games, koehra. The kidnapper leapt into the air, and hovered above the ground. He held out both of his hands. A strange black shape started to form infront of him, and started to grow bigger. Arminas: Bastard, don't you dare turn away-- Kidnapper: Fisavain! The black shape flew into Arminas, setting off a miniexplosion on his chest. He was knocked further away from the man. Clara managed to keep her distance away from the man. The kidnapper concentrated on another shape to form. |

| "Tag is there just because I thought it sounded snazzier. No, these battles will be done in a normal fashion. I'm still thinking on the full mechcanics, but it may end up being done in turns.
A fighter cannot post until after one of the opponents posts and after the ally has posted. If it seems like this concept will not work, we will have to just go in order, with Team A Fighter 1 posting first, then Team B Fighter 1, Team A Fighter 2, Team B Fighter 2, rinse and repeat. I'm hoping the first concept will work, since it holds potential for interesting attacks." |

| As soon as the dagger came within a feet away from his chest, the kidnapper deflected the dagger with the dark shape.
Clara: His defense is perfect! We have to throw off his concentration! Arminas slowly got up to his feet, straining with each movement. He looked at the kidnapper, and then noticed that Allison was laying on the floor. Arminas: We have to get him away from her.. All of a sudden, there was a slight earthquake felt inside the ancient ruins. Arminas, who was already off balance, fell onto the floor. Arminas: What the hell? Lily: Teach! Was that really an earthquake? Lucas: Hm.. Well.. yes, there are occasional ones on the island from time to time. How it happens is still unknown, seeing as how the island is like a big ship.. |

| Hikari: ... You practically flew away with her, and you expect me to believe he's got her? With these string of kidnappings, I'm startin' to think ya'll been in cahoots.
Ex-Kidnapper: Oi! That mighty beast isn't me friend! I've been searchin' for the Phoenix, and I jus' thought she was free for the pickin', savvy? Hikari gave the man a hard glare until her attention was diverted by the goron. Mule Joe beat his hands against his chest. He then hopped up and stomped the ground several times. The wall began to shift around. Ledges that led up to the one Mule Joe was standing on had been jostled around. After that, Mule Joe grabbed onto a nearby stash of boulders and began to hurl them down. The boulders convieniently tumbled down the ledges. Hikari: Just great. |

| Kidnapper: Koehra scum! Stop fighting and just die!
Arminas: Allison! No! Arminas tried to dig up as much strength as he could. Clara's eyes looked for what could've made Arminas yell out like he did. The pillar besides the unconcious Allison was collapsing, no doubt due to the previous earthquake. Lily: The pillar's collapsing! The kidnapper's glance shifted, seeing what all the ruckus was about. It was at that moment where the flying man felt a sharp pain thrusting into his shoulder. He lost his concentration for flight and fell to the ground. However, he managed to grab a firm hold onto Ark, and just about body slammed Ark into the ground as he descended. The flying man's actions didn't stop there, however. With him being the closest one to Allison, he dove for the girl, and managed to push her out of the way of the falling pillar. However... Clara: Aah! Lucas: He.. sacrificed himself to protect Allison.. Arminas lost his momentum when he saw the pile of rubble bury the kidnapper. Arminas: .... but.. why? |

| Lucas ran over to the rubble, but was slightly confused as to what to do.
Arminas: Allison! Lucas and Clara ran around the rubble to see Arminas, who was kneeling besides Allison. Lucas: ..... She doesn't appear to be injured.. Arminas: Allison! Wake up! Allison! Lily: Guys! Listen! We're in trouble! The path we came down caved in. We're seriously trapped! Clara and Arminas were both silent. Lucas glanced over at Ark, who was digging through the rubble. There wasn't much he could do right now, except for finding out why the kidnapper did what he did. He started walking over to the rubble when all of a sudden, the collapsed pillar exploded into tiny pieces, throwing back Lucas and Ark. Arminas and Clara tried to shield Allison from the random bits of stone. When all of the dust settled, Arminas turned his head and looked at where the rubble used to be. Lily: Whoa oh.. You're sitll alive?! The kidnapper, encased in a dark energy bubble, stood infront of everyone, holding onto his shoulder. Arminas stood up and held up his fists. Kidnapper: You.. haven't heard the last of me... He pulled the spear out of his shoulder, and threw it away. The energy sphere started to form a shape on his back, which seemed like black wings. The man then took off into the next area, and kept on going. |

| Hikari: We're hangin' around with a bunch of loonies.
The giant goron gently twists around his dastardly-looking mustache before tossing another wave of boulders. Hikari looked around around and notices the ledges form a zigzagy path up, something easy enough for her to get up quickly. Hikari: C'mon, Glenn an' Johnny. Hikari ran forward, keeping aware of the falling boulders. |

| Hikari climbed onto the first ledge, and quickly pressed herself against the rock wall as a boulder fell past her. She let out a sigh of relief and then nodded. She started her progress of scaling the wall by leaping from ledge to ledge.
Mule Joe took a step back, in slight shock of seeing someone climbing up the rockwall. He leans over to the side to grab Mitra, who was sitting quietly on a rock, humming to herself. Mule Joe then began to run further up the mountain. There was a bit of walking to do to reach the next tallest ledge for the giant goron, but his long strides were making it easy. |

Next thing Lily knew, she was being knocked on the head by Lucas's hammering fist. Lily: Ow! Allison looked at Sky while he was drinking some water. She then looked away. Allison: Thank you for the water.. but I'm not thirsty... Allison finally realized why there was such a large group of people around her. She stepped out from behind Arminas, and bowed. Allison: Thank you so much for all you've done for me... Clara: It is only natural to aid those in distress. You need not feel obliged. Clara's strong words drew Allison's attention over to the swordswoman. Clara: .... Why are you staring at me? Is there something on my face? Allison: N..no... Arminas: Let's get moving. *looks at Allison* Just hang on a little longer, Allison. Allison: I'm sorry about all of this happening... because of me... Arminas started walking. | Hikari's ten gallon hat tilted a bit to the side as she watched Nova practically skip up to the top.
Hikari: You've got to be kidding me. Hikari finally reached the top of the cliff she was climbing. She let out a pant and an irritated grunt. Hikari: I'm tired of all this running!! It's now that makes me wish my mana could take the form of explosive arrows... Mule Joe didn't run too far. There was a mining structure built infront of some excavated holes in the side of the mountain. He immediately scaled the three story metallic structure and placed Mitra insode one of the excavated holes. Mule Joe began to beat his chest as he glared at everyone who was running towards him. |
