Personally, I haven't taken sides in politics yet. But I do know that Bush has done so many damn things wrong, and you know what? Impeachment isn't just for presidents who have committed war crimes (or recieved blowjobs, meh), but also for those who have been deemed incompitent and unable to handle their job well.

Bush went into war in Iraq claiming that there were WMD's there, and investigators have reported none there. Bush went into war in Afganistan with the intent of destroying the Taliban, but the Taliban haven't been destroyed. Intelligence pointed towards an attack on 9/11, but Bush didn't act upon it.

You can say that every president has numerous faults, that none of this is new. But how often can you say that their faults have led to thousands of American deaths and the destruction of two nations, one which could have most likely been avoided in the first place?

Bush is not handling the job of the U.S. President well at all, and has led us nowhere but down. That in itself should be enough reason to have said man impeached. Although honestly, do you think Cheyney would do much better.

Right now, yes. Republicans and Democrats alike are not approving of the Presidents actions. But the number is still to small to impeach Bush, and that's where the main problem lies. By the time we will be able to do something like that, it will be to late. He'll have either blown us all up in an act of stupidity, or have left the office already.

"Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference."

And with that, I openly admit that I selected the Link from Windwaker.

The main complaint I heard for that game after it came out was that the graphics, for all they are worth, ruin the game. "Oh nos, thas nott teh Link from from OoT!1! I hatz tthis1 lolz" Well, as those from about ten years ago will remember, graphics sucked. Not for the time, by all means. But they were bad enough that in no way did people base their gameplay experience off them.

Goldeneye, anyone?

Windwaker, for all it's kidish glamour, is just as much fun as any other Zelda title... well, with the exception of the Phillips-CDi games. Man, those were the bomb! Back on topic, as soon as you started playing, it felt like a Zelda game. You know, the painfully long and complicated stretch before getting your first weapon, back-tracking to areas for new items, puzzles liable to cause brain damage after thinking on them to long... yes, for all intents and purposes, Windwaker was another Zelda game with different graphics.

But that was just a defense. Now here comes my support for... what'd you call him? Tan-Link? Right, Tanny boy.

The Four Swords games.

If one thing was surprising, it was how well the graphics from Windwaker transfered onto the GBA. You could look at it after playing WW, and you'd instantly recognize the character as Link. And for all intents and purposes, it looked like he was made for GBA.

The series story itself is great. Fight someone besides Ganon (look at avatar) and save Hyrule. Actually, I think that's why I enjoyed Majora's Mask so much, because the breakaway from the usual Boss. But Tan-Link really does shine on the GBA.

Which brings in the close second, young Link from Majora's Mask. Not the one in OoT, 'cuz all he had was a boomerang and slingshot. No, this kid could kick adult Link's ass with his arsenal.

But yeah. Tan-Link for the win, !

OH GOD TWELVE DAY BUMP!!!

Watching Advent Children in Japanese really wasn't a problem for me. for some reason, once I started reading the subtitles, they and the voices went completely in-sync. Might sound a bit spiritual or something, let me rephrase that: When readin the text and listening to the voices at the same time, you really got the hang of what they were saying.

I mean, how many times does Loz end up saying (spelled based on hearing) "Kazza mua?", or "Where's mother?" You get the hang of it after a while.

And speaking of voices being in-sync, this whole Lance Bass deal. All you heard him say in KH was... let me think... a few battle cries. But do you honestly think that Squenix would keep him as Sephiroth if he sounded awful? As I recall, using Mandy Moore as Aereith was a spectacular move, and Steve Burton, for all three or four of his lines, sounded good.

Yuffie sounded just as annoying as expected, so no real complaints there. =P

The only real problem I would be able to gather from their voice actors is a possablity of Disney running the casting for Square-Enix games. Actually, forget I said that. Horrible thought, really.

Story? Who needs it? We already know how it turns out 498 years after the movie, I don't think we need to worry about such minor things as "details."

Fighting is the best I've seen. I heard someone say that it was like a cross between Kill Bill and the Matrix. I think it's like Advent Children. AKA, no comparison. And the best fighting scene in the whole movie? Tifa vs Loz, for all it's extreme shortness.

Am I gonna get an english-dubbed version? Most likely. And considering how the voices in KH didn't disapoint, I wouldn't expect this to do that either.

Isn't there a Mario hack of Crazy Castle going on right now? Meh, doesn't matter.

Good luck with hacking this. Was a fun game, as I recall.

I dunno. I guess it would be a question of "does a copyright hold through a conversion?" The data itself, whil looking different, is still the same, isn't it? But I guess on the other hand, the conversion would be a person creating data, and therefore their own ROM. Interesting question.

ROFL! Honestly, I wonder how many more times you'll have to deal with that suggestion, Tweaker. =P

I already made my suggestion at the SSRG, a double jump modeled after the electric shield in S3.

Also, perhaps some of those speed-increasing spinning-tire things from S2? You know, like the things that come in a hotwheel set? That would be nice.

*Raises hand*

Gmail, meh. Yahoo! does just fine for me, blocks enough spam to keep me happy. What I really find funny is that our school is going on a tyrant-banning spree of email sites. You can't go to Yahoo!, Hotmail, TDS, ect. They think that all the virus's on the school Macs are from student's emails, which is bull. But we're students, what do we know?

If the situation becomes so bad that we can't get around any bans (I can for now), then I'll start a Gmail account. Because honestly, the admin's at our school would try to ban Google, but we'd just stick it to 'em in a school board meeting or the like. For now though, I'm okey dokey without Gmail.

I'm not going to pretend that I'm an expert at hacking Mario 3 (in fact, I've never touched the game). But if the problem happens every time you enter a specific door, is it possible that something is wrong with the way that door connects to the next room? Or maybe it doesn't have a set room to connect to, crashing the game?

Either way, solving the problem by finding an emulator that will run the game despite the problem isn't a good idea. In the end, when you give a final release, the problem could still be there. And then when people who use other emulators try it...

But meh. By the way your describing it, it sounds like a problem with the ROM, not the emulator.

The society of friends and the catholic workers party? Wow, never thought that religious groups like those would harbor terrorist plots. Has a bit of a Davinchi Code ring to it.

So has Bush given a reason for the wire tapping of these groups, or has it just been said that he's done it?

Actually, they use Sonic Wall, and all it's awful keyword banning (games, naked, ect.) for site addresses. But it was kind of funny to see how it froze up the entire network when my friend typed his name in an address bar and got a porn site. =P

What is the point of a Gmail invite anyways? Why not just have people register on their own?

Repent! Repent!

Just on a side note, I thought that I'd toss in that reading the Full Metal Alchemist and Evangelion Manga is much more worth it than watching the show. Different perspectives, and the stories frequently take different turns.

Don't wanna contribute to the whole Insectduel bash, but my god. You of all people, who is putting Pokemon sprites into a SMW hack, have no right to say that a hack idea wouldn't work with SMW.

Is it even possible to make such ExGFX in that hack. I'm not saying that it's impossible but it's worth a shot. I have some Pokemon ExGFX already in my SMW hack but the project is rejected right now until further notice.

Even Super Maria Sisters ExGFX is so creative.

That statement didn't even make sense. You contradict yourself. And yes, it would be highly possible. Moving graphics from GBA to SNES would just be a simple effort of copy, slightly edit, and paste (give ot take palette editing, couple of Hex tweaks to get the physics right, ect).

Although the idea of an Ed, Edd, & Eddy hack does seem a little... best word coming to mind is "unusual." Run with it though, might turn out good.
