Yeah, it's fairly possible to ruin your life by marrying under 21. At least by 21, you're at that age where you know whats going on in the real world.

In Canada you can get married under 21. I have an aussie friend engaged to a 15 year old, and he's 17. I tried to talk him out of it, but he's too stubborn, so I said what the hell and good luck.

Iraq is a big mess. You blew up their shit, and now the Iraqi's are paying for it with attacks from terrorists linked to Al Quaeda.

But Sadaam Hussein was a threat. There's no going around it. Even before Bush was in power, Clinton knew that they needed to do something about Iraq. The whole White House knew. It turned out that Bush was the one who was instigated and had to lay down the hammer.

That doesn't help the fact that his daddy already went to war with Iraq.

There are bigger concerns out there. China is corrupt beyond belief. Algeria is a fucking riot zone, what with the Berbers and that splinter cell out of control. Afghanistan is now under drug lord control, no thanks to us (At least the Taleban had that under control). Not to mention all the other countries left to take control by themselves after the US military went in to "Fix" whatever problems they had.

So yeah, there are fuckups. But the important issue is how we can fix it. There's no sense bitching or holding vengeance, but working together to make a utopia for the people.

Why do 17 year olds need to get married? Don't they have bigger concerns like their education and building a career? Duly noted, some people just don't have the capacity to be successful, but even so...Do you see my point?

So lets try it then. Why bother disproving me, when we could be working together to make this work?

It's a fundamental keystone for making the world of Homebrew work. And not just that, but ROM hacking entirely.

Lest we forget the American pocketbook. Last I checked, you owe china over 7 TRILLION dollars.

Which is a fair amount, so to speak. One thing I despise about China/America co-operation is that Microsoft is aiding the Chinese government in supressing the amount of anti-governmental websites in China.

Well, superconductors direct energy at an accelerated rate, hence "Super" conductor. Critical Mass is a term I used to describe the point where the superconductor cannot hold any more energy. When this happens, Bombardier theorizes they can direct a beam of that energy at a force of 1000 G's.

If you're unaware of how powerful this is, allow me to explain. We exist on earth at 1 G. Just one. Astronauts have been trained to take 6 or more, and even that is a strain for them. Thats 6 times the normal amount of gravity. So imagine ONE THOUSAND times the normal amount of gravity being exerted into one direction. It would most certainly pulverise anything in it's path, and possibly vaporise it into dust

So, you want to know how this force will be exerted...I don't know, really, but I could try to explain. If you take Podkletnov's experiment using the meissner effect, the superconductors (The Ceramic Plate and the Solenoids) created an electromagnetic field between them, causing both negatively charged poles to repel and make the disk float and revolve at 5500 RPM's.

How this can be accomplished through Bombardier's device is a little too farfetched for me, but I would imagine they would use the same principles.

Well, I'm all for it. It's about time something like this is getting started

F-Zero X is for the Nintendo 64, right? If this gets done, it opens a doorway into editing Nintendo 64 graphics, not only modifying textures, but adding new polygons directly and other 3D objects.

If it works, I have something for you you might be interested in. PM me

EDIT: You guys are all idiots. I want the 2 minutes I spent reading this thread back. The point of the topic was a ROM-less editor, not some 12 year old punk who does or doesn't know the first thing about hacking a ROM.

It's kinda hard to see the wireframe when mixed with textures. Is there a way to make the wireframe more vibrant?

They aren't allied. President Bush identified them as such regardless of their political stance with each other.

That was a while back, though...You didn't know?

Everyone has their place in the spotlight, I suppose. However redundant words get, you can pretty much call it what you want, since there are many terms you can define this hobby as. Reverse Engineerng, Rom Hacking, Translating, etc...

Pride is for those who want to stand out and let people know they're part of a minority. Italians, Blacks, Jews, all kinds of people.

For example, Gay Pride week in Canada doesn't mean that for a week, the Gay's are superior to regular people. They want to let people know they're Gay and proud of it.

I have to agree with that post, though. The whole thing about whites only being racist. It needs to stop, but it won't. There will always be the bottom of the barrel and whoever it is has to live with that.

But you'd think after all our ancestors have done to the blacks and the other minorities that we should have some respect.

PS: I think Toronto is now the only City in Canada where if you're white you're a minority XD

Thank you Netsplit for reminding us how only the highest can judge. We certainly have no skills or traits that supercede theirs, in any way shape or form.

There are many countries who have signed the Non-Proliferation Act for Nuclear WMD's. The US being one of them, they still have thousands of nukes stored away.

So why don't they dismantle them? The strongest argument I've heard is because of the active Uranium. Where would they put it all?

Here's an idea. In a reactor. How about that? Construct nuclear power plants for countries who need lots of power now like the Middle East and many parts of Asia.

There are security issues, of course. But what if all the people involved with making these WMD's, like nuclear arms scientists and such agreed to sign a pact to swear secrecy on these methods and be charged with treason if they broke it?

The world needs power. Nuclear Power is one of the cleanest forms of energy on Earth, and one of the most efficient. So why won't we get cracking?

You seem very insecure. This is a helping hand effort, not a fucking gift offering. Plus it's inside fuel rods, and then it's contained within a reactor that is virtually inaccessible. Not only because of security, but because of the extreme heat and constant flooding of water to keep the fuel rods from melting.

You tell me how easy that it will be to just waltz in there to grab a few rods.

People like you are why terrorists exist. You have so much bias towards the middle east. Hey, here's a though: Go live there for a bit. See how wonderful it is.

Man, it's fuckin comfy up here. So allow me to elate you on what I meant by my VERY sarcastic post.

You suggest there are better ROM hackers out there. I agree. They can pull of some crazy shit where some can't. I agree.

But because of this, they alone have the right to judge anothers work?

Not bloody likely.

I'm just a firm believer in equality. Anyone can tell me that my work is going nowhere and it doesn't bother me. Why should it? But when people fight over who should be able to judge, thats just morally wrong for me.

So forgive me for being an asshole. I'm sorry.
