I would like to see them make a prequel to the movie rather than a sequel. To me it would explain alot that was said in the movie.

I am trying to set up a 1.92 board considering I have heard good things about it and I have seen that not many people support 1.ax stuff so yea. I changed the required information in the lib/config.php and then uploaded the files. I then get this error:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /usr/export/www/hosting/drizztman500/lib/function.php on line 12

Im not sure what to do now, Im trying to learn some php and such in my free time when im not working or at school and ive learned a little bit but not to much to help me out now it seems.

Any help would be great

You have to know what your username and pass are.

So it's supposed to look like this?

//MySQL setup
$sqlhost="localhost";
$sqluser="Drizztman500";
$sqlpass="(My password";
$dbname="Drzztman500";

Now im getting this:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'Drizztman500@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /usr/export/www/hosting/drizztman500/lib/function.php on line 12

I found the problem, the username I put was "Drizztman500" and it was supposed to be "drizztman500". The "D" wasnt supposed to be capitolized >.< my bad.

I know that in order to finish up with Versions of 1.ax I needed to run Setup.php, I see that 1.a2 dosnt have that. So how do I set up phpmyadmin and stuff like tha?

Everytime I go to edit a profile in my 1.a2 board I get this error

You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' homepageurl='',timezone=-9,postsperpage=20,realname='Geoff',lo

Not sure what it means, any help would be helpfull.

It looks to me that the error it gave me isnt the whole thing for some reason, which confuses me. so yea. thanks

What you should try to do is just look at the forums that you like, then when your done just click on "Mark all forums read" that will take care of everything you dont want to look at and such

Ok, that's just weird, What I had done was set my time zone offset to -9 so that my time would be correct on the boards time and such, once I set it back to 0 then it worked fine, O.o

Nope, it's working fine now even when I change it, but did find something else out tho, Edit profile dosnt work, when I change something then click on the button it dosnt save the info, so I have to click my name and then edit user to be able to do anything.

That's what I say, There's no use changing OSes and such if you dont have to, I know of a couple programs that need IE 6 and also know how to get around it, lol
