| Nijote whistled an innocent tune as she walked through the woods. It wasn't like her to be so loud while approaching, but stealth wasn't needed for this. She was supposed to let everyone know she was here, after all this was just a competition, no ones life was at stake. Nijote looked at the paper invite she'd recieved and stopped dead in her tracks. She was in plain sight of Sky now, and quite obviously within hearing distance.
Nijote: "I have to work with a partner?" Nijote shook her head, she wished she'd known that earlier, but it wasn't that hard to help someone else out, right? Anyone could do it if they tried. Nijote: "I... guess you're my partner since you're the first person here... Unless of course, you have an objection to that." |

| All of Zin's comments went straight over Shen's head. In fact, she would've never noticed if his soul didn't change.
Shen's thoughts: "This must be an imposter... Psi Warriors are supposed to be noble..." Shen focused her soul energy as a blast of energy all around her. It was only meant to push Zin back and not actually cause him physical harm. Shen: "You shouldn't lie to so many people, Psi Warriors are icons in the mind of many people." Shen closed her eyes, even though Zin couldn't see that anyways, and percieved the world through her soul. |

Shen searched with her soul, the only projectiles she could use were small stones, nothing very dangerous. Shen: "Now, I can't excuse you trying to instill false hope in people, you just make their suffering worse." She knew she couldn't simply trust him to walk away though, no one ever did that, but she couldn't really hurt him either. It was a constant complication for her. To never kill someone, but to change them, it took more time then she could spend with one person to do that. |

Shen wasn't sure how to answer it. The concept of "I" wasn't exactly strong in her. So, she answered it exactly how she thought it was. Shen: "I am a part of the universe, linked with the rest of it. I'm linked with all parts of the universe, the realm of the mind, the realm of matter, and the realm of life. I'm just like everyone else, so I'm me." |

Star looked and saw the blast of shadow energy still coming at him. He waited until the last second this time, which hid him from Kire, and then flash stepped at Kire, this time coming from behind him with a type of rocketing kick aimed at Kire's back. |

Shen walked into the room that Evan was now in. A hand was holding her straw hat as a small draft threatened to carry it away. Shen had felt Evan's calm disappear suddenly just a moment ago. At first she thought something happened to him. Shen: "Are you ok Evan? You seem shocked." Far away, in some city COMP alerted Dracoon that something was up. COMP: "Energy spike detected." Dracoon scanned the data and it didn't seem like anything that would concern him, but he couldn't pass it off as nothing. Dracoon to COMP: "Keep an eye on it, but it is probably nothing; however, if something happens, alert me." |

| Shen: "You've raise everyones spirits and then broke them, they were hopeful to see a Psi Warrior in action, but you broke it. You gave them a false hope and took it away within seconds... and as I said, I can't excuse you for doing that."
Shen held up her left hand in the air level with her shoulder and her soul energy concentrated onto her palm, forming a visible ball of energy. She grabbed her straw hat with her left hand and held it on as the ball flew from her hand towards Zin. The Anima Ball was a simplistic, but potent, attack that was meant to drain distort someone's senses and effectively drain their energy. It could never be deadly because it acted differently for everyone it hit, but the stronger someone was... |

| Shen was ahead of Zin, not physically, but with him jumping towards the trees, she knew what to do. She reached out with her soul energy and touched the tree, if he got near it, the tree itself would try to attack Zin.
Shen: "An energy whip...? I shouldn't have expected better from you." The Anima Orb that Shen had used didn't try and chase after Zin, but it instead disappeared completely. It had returned to Shen. |

Shen: "You have no care for life...?" Shen's unseen soul energy began to collect in the air around her. It filtered the pollen away from her. It was a crude method, but it worked. Shen: "To take the energy from a tree so willingly? Trees and plants take only what they need to survive, to take from them is a horrible act." Shen split the air around Zin, trying to sufficate him. |

I think it's hilarious though, I've also heard about a bra that detects your heart rate and it can tell when you're getting/about to be raped and automatically calls for the police. |
