If there is a fire in a theater, then yes, I support someone yelling "Fire!!!".

To me the phrase "freedom of speech", is wrong, it should be "freedom of expession", speech is both too broad and to limiting, it covers all speech and none of the other forms of communication. There is no expression in running into a crowded theatre and yelling "fire!", it expresses no belief, and is just a malicious act. There is no expression in libel and slander, you can't be expressing something you don't even believe. But I think the vast majority of Holocaust deniers actually believe what they're saying. For the Austrian government to imprison someone for their beliefs is just hypocrisy. Yes, denying the Holocaust is wrong-headed, hateful, and offensive, but that's exactly why it should be protected. expression of popular ideas doesn't need protection.

This is a great idea really. You can express a lie though in ways... English sucks. Words are to broad.

"Please, nothing grants wishes so freely! Someone had to make it, it has to have a purpose, like all things. You can use, but if it threatens anyone here..."

Ark walked ahead of Lily now, he didn't want her to tell their other companion to kill a monster just for looking at her wrong.

People born in the Year of the Snake are deep. They say little and possess great wisdom. They never have to worry about money; they are financially fortunate. Snake people are often quite vain, selfish, and a bit stingy. Yet they have tremendous sympathy for others and try to help those less fortunate. Snake people tend to overdo, since they have doubts about other people's judgment and prefer to rely on themselves. They are determined in whatever they do and hate to fail. Although calm on the surface, they are intense and passionate. Snake people are usually good-looking and sometimes have marital problems because they are fickle. They are most compatible with the Ox and Rooster.

Now it fits me.

Ark paused, Lily's expression showed a sign of weakness. Maybe in the mind, maybe she was just tired. It was something worth considering for at least a second though.

"Our work has been easy so far. A wish is worth lifetimes of work."

Ark made sure Lily wasn't about to faint before he kept walking on.

"I hope you aren't trying to bite more than you can chew."

Nijote: "I could've just blown the place up! You should be grateful I went for non-violence!"

Nijote jumped off the shack and she heared her mare cry out. Nijote looked over at it as it came close. She jumped on and waited. She, suddenly, had a bad feeling come over her, much like she was about to puke. It passed as quickly as it came, leaving a bad taste in Nijote's mouth.

The red light in his eye blinked. A challenge? So openly? The challenger wouldn't know what hit him, much less expect him to be in the stands. Dracoon didn't waste anytime as he shot at Dynamo with his buster cannon, the normal blast was rather weak, much like a simple gun-shot. He had to gauge his opponet before he used all his power. Accidently destroying them wasn't acceptable. Dracoon; however, was a man of very few words.

Dracoon: "..."

His armor shined in the light as the buster cannon on his left hand prepared for another shot, his right hand was holding a beam sword. Dynamo's next move would determine how Dracoon wanted to fight.

Dracoon: "Go."

Ark put his hand over his face and muttered some obligatory "why the hell am I doing this" phrases.

"I hope this girl isn't as ditzy as she seems. Ditzy girls always manage to get into the worst trouble possible. Always. Just like that one time..."

...and so, Ark was lost, recalling incidents from his memories, blocking out the world. He snapped back when he just thought of something.

"Why would this rock be a different color than the rest of the mountain, the rock around it looks normal..."

The tournaments been dead for a while and with the disappearence of Jarukoth and Schwa, among a few others, I don't think there is enough people to start another tournament and have a good standing with it. It's... sad to say, we were only battling together for like a yearish.... really I can't remember. I believe it requires a song.

But I can't sing. Sorry.

"..."

Ark had a stern look on his face. He had just dodged a boulder that had almost crushed him... or at least maybe injured him. He tried to say something, but couldn't say anything, so instead, he just say down against the mountain and looked up into the sky.

"I'm a sucker for short girls I guess..."

Poor Ark, the last time he even talked to another person seemed like decades ago, and he was hardly 19.

Nijote: "I'm not really a body guard... More... like an assassin that's been hired to assassinate anyone that tries to harm someone. Yes, that sounds much more in my line of profession."

Nijote smiled slightly, it wasn't her job to deal with Mitra's friends and others. She wasn't going to regret taking this job, but it wasn't going to be as simple as any other job.

Nijote: "It's fine though, if she manages to stay fine, I'll recieve more rupees than you could carry around with eight horses."

Ark got up and started to follow Lily. There wasn't anything else he could do after all. It's not like he was wasting time or anything.

Dracoon didn't waste anytime, if Dynamo's wish was for him to go first, then he would go first. His buster cannon charged up almost instantly and it glowed bright yellow.

Dracoon: "Power Shot."

A huge blast of energy exploded from the buster cannon. It was more than wide enough to completely engulf Dynamo if he stood still, and it was powerful enough to break through the stadium walls.

Dracoon: "Net Navis..."

Dracoon himself was a reploid, he only considered net navis as digital reploids without true power to act strongly on the world. Dracoon was already scanning Dynamo though, ready to read him movements and counter properly.

Who would sign this? I mean seriously... If they're that stupid to sign it, they kind of deserve it don't you think?

I'm in no way defending the guy, I just think that if someone is stupid enough to sign it, they deserve the stipulations.

Nijote's mare seemed to speed up and started to rapidly close the gap. In fact, in a few moments, Nijote would catch up with the bandit.

Nijote: "Grrr... If I attack the horse she might get crushed... and I attack the bandit he might drop her... damnit..."

"Just like my home..."

The forest seemeed very familier to Ark, he came from a world where almost the entire land scape was crystlized.

"I should just do this here then."

Ark walked a little ways and stood between two trees. He held his hand in the air and the crystal trees began to glow, even the grass began to glow. Small twigs and bark from trees and leaves of grass from the ground began to break off and form in Ark's hand. They compressed and formed a crystal spear. He held the spear in his right hand and looked up into the trees. The dazzeling crystal leaves, how wonderful they looked.

Dracoon didn't seemed bothered as the attack closed in on him. He could probably have dodged some of it, maybe even blocked all of it, but he wouldn't have such the opportunity for a counter attack. Dracoon actually ran towards the attack, being hit by every shot, scorching his armor, but not slowing his forward progress. He had closed in on Dynamo quickly and his buster cannon glowed dark red.

Dracoon: "Flame Thrower!"

Dracoon's buster cannon ignited in flames, flames that went right after Dynamo. It scorched the ground even though it didn't touch it the fires were so hot. Dracoon activated his beam sword, knowing how to chain this attack into anothert attack very easily. Dynamo, wouldn't be able to predict it easily though.

Nijote: "I can't be sure I'll hit him... If I throw a knife and it doesn't kill him, the horse will panic... Explosives are out of the question, I suggest we just force the horse to stop..."

With that Nijote pulled wide of the bandit, and slowly came towards him, hoping his horse would start to turn at the sight of another horse.
