In short: It's like a large puzzle with several totally useless pieces.

I got 136, but I think it kind of inflates the results; I gave the absoloute wrong answer on each one and it still gave me 75...

Because they can't. You waive that right by using their policy. (note this is an old link and may no longer apply)

However, something that is recent, emphasis mine:

Your AOL Member information, including the contents of your private online communications, may be accessed and disclosed in response to legal process (for example, a court order, search warrant or subpoena); in other circumstances in which AOL believes the AOL Service is being used in the commission of a crime; when we have a good faith belief that there is an emergency that poses a threat to the safety of you or another person; or when necessary either to protect the rights or property of AOL, or for us to render the service you have requested.
Note that you can stretch that last bold line pretty far, for almost any reason; you can even concoct that they "needed to release it to do further research into relevant [re]searching".

So yeah.

That would make it a bug in every other emulator. It's a bad dump, it's not supposed to work right. Jeez...

1. Zoom in, select your area, Ctrl-X, Ctrl-N, Ctrl-E 1 tab 1 enter (optional), Ctrl-V, space (optional)

2. Eraser, right click instead of left. Replaces foreground with background where applied.

3. Use a different image tool e.g. Irfanview.

Draw one yourself Just something as a background to go with.

All it is is a representation of what can be done if a player had superhuman reaction time and knowledge of all sorts of tricks. Nobody seems to pay any attention to that part and just scream an implication that, "This is better than other runs because it's faster." while completely ignoring humanly done runs.

You all missed the whole point of this -- the commentary on the run.
Seriously.

And asdf, you seem to think we only like TASes? I've watched quite a few "human" speedruns, and I find them incredible in how fast a human can play sometimes. However, TASing usually shows things that simply cannot be done without absoloute perfection in playing (note, however, that the runs may not be perfect themselves).

This run just showed me a lot of bugs that made me go "What the holy fuck?", which I won't find in a speedrun. Bugs/glitches like this generally aren't allowed there

Next time, please read the post that goes with the thread

See, there are reasons I have this site in my decent list of links in my bio. This is but one of them. I kinda figured this would get some notability soon about it but I didn't think it'd make it into the Crazy Forum.

When (/if) you hear the commentary, you learn that it deserves it

For that matter, it could just be made so that the username at the top of the infobox links to it. =P

CSAFV would probably go on the "Extended Info" page (i.e., click the song) since showing it for all difficulties on a list would be very, uh, well... it wouldn't look good.

That will probably work, though, now to just think of how to do it...
