| Hello~ ^^
I finally decided to register. :o YD's new rank icons ...tipped the scale? I can't resist them. >p *watches her Kirby strut* ...n_n;; I've been hearing about and catching glimpses of this place for.. several months now. ;p Took me long enough. >> Anyway! For those of you who don't know me, my name's Aiya, or Aiyleta, whichever you prefer. Aiya's shorter and easier to pronounce, so.. people usually go with that. ;p I'm often a bit of a ditz, and/or quite 'bubbly' so just.. bear with me if you can. xD; About me~: I'm 18(almost 19.. @.@; ), I'm Canadian and Swiss, but I'm living in New York right now; going to start school in January, if all goes well. :o A bit nervous about going to school again, but hey.. who isn't nervous about school in some way? >> I'm partially nervous because I hear that the school system is different here, like.. 50% is NOT a pass. lol (Ontario, ftw) I'm sure I'll do fine, it's just still.. weird. lol Moving on~ I love books, music and art(drawing, painting, etc.), playing on the computer, and chatting with people..you'll probably find I talk a lot. I'm told I'm a good listener too though, so I guess that means I'm quiet sometimes. lol I love video games(of course~), mostly rpgs, but unfortunately at this point, I haven't played a lot, by a gamer's standards.  I'm working on that though. >0 Slowly but surely. n_n;
I know absolutely nothing about programming, something I'm hoping to change once I have some more time. ;p I figure lurking here might help me a weee bit. :o Anyway, I've probably taken up enough of your time. ;p I'm glad to finally be posting on acmlm's~ ^^; ~Aiya. Watashi no namae wa Aiya desu~ I'm only just starting to learn japanese.. that's the only sentence I know. xD I have an awesome teacher.. he's teaching the kanji along with the romanji(what I used above..). I believe he said that there's something like 5000 kanji characters, plus the hiragana and katakana.. @.@;; Too bad I have to go all the way to Rhode Island for it though. >0 Anyway. xD; Good luck with your learning. ^^; And once again, welcome. :3 ~Aiya. |

Like others have said, taking her to the vet is probably the best way to start, to make sure she's overweight because of her laziness, or vice versa, and not because of something being wrong.

| I know how you feel. x.x; I've been dealing with headaches for as long as I can remember. Mine are to the point where it's rare to have a day without a headache. Minor headaches aren't as noticeable because the major ones are so bad. lol I found out about a year ago that I have something scary though, so I'm not sure what kind of advice to give you. heheh. =/ I did go through a lot of trouble to find out what was wrong with me though, ruling out what it wasn't, so I might be able to help somewhat.
I've had glasses since I was about.. 9, I think. I have to get new glasses every time I go to see the eye doctor because my eyes keep getting worse. You might want to get your eyes checked again, just to be sure your prescription hasn't changed. ;p I'd try going to the eye doctor first, and telling them that you're having problems with headaches. They have to know basic medical stuff as well as optometrics(lol), so they can probably help you out, even if it's not an eye issue, they can maybe tell you who you should ask, etc. If it's not an eye problem, finding a solution could be tricky. Do you have any other symptoms, or just the headaches? You said it usually gets worse throughout the day until it's awful at night.. any other noticeable 'variables'? (My cousin used to get headaches a lot when she'd eat certain things, because she's allergic to them. ; Do you do things later on in the day that strain your eyes more? Things like that.) Just think about it. You could try writing down what you're doing throughout the day, when it starts feeling worse, what you're doing at the time, etc., if you're really stuck. If you go to see a doctor about it, they usually ask you stuff like that anyway.. it'll save you an extra trip maybe. And if they don't ask, well.. *shrug* Maybe you can mention it if you notice something definite. I hope my ramblings help somehow.  If you have any questions about what I've said, feel free to ask, of course. xD;

| One of my brothers is 4 years older than me. I guess I used to annoy him, or he was an angry kid or something.. he used to beat the crap out of me. heh. He also had a razor for a tongue sometimes. My life got a lot easier when he moved to live with my dad. Then he'd just visit sometimes, and he was nicer when he came home to visit. Then he moved back for a year, when he was 17, and that was worse. But now he lives in Switzerland, so when I see him, he's really nice. He's recently appologized for what he was like when we were younger. =/ Yaaaay for maturity at last~ (I voted other, because I didn't really do much to him, in comparison. He was too huge. heh. I think I kicked him a few times in retaliation, but that was about it.)
My other brothers are 6 and 7 years younger than me. For a while, I didn't get along with the one that's 6 years younger, because he used to try and tackle me and stuff. lol We'd yell at each other sometimes(leaving me feeling kinna stupid), but other than him tackling me and me holding him off, there was no real physical fighting. heheh. My mom says we didn't get along probably because we were both very stubborn. lol My youngest brother and I get along great, except when I used to try to break up a fight between him and my 'middle' brother. Then he'd be pissed at me. lol I have a few scars, whether they be physical or mental, but.. you get over them. I still love all three of them, but.. um.. I can't claim I don't play favourites a bit. xD; I think that's mostly in my head though.. I try to treat them equally. lol |
