| i still don't understand how people enjoy their dreams so much. i have some occasionally, but i'll wake up and know i dreamed, but forget practically everything about it. even more confusing is just how rare they are. i just cna't understand the idea of lucid dreams. how do you people do that anyways, because it sounds like fun(playing a video game while sleeping!). | |||

| i like the traditional 4 way d-pads, but even those sometimes have diagonal tendencies i don't want. i can easily tell this by playing gradius 3 on my ps2. moving diagonally at bad times is killer in that game(you can especially tell in the final stages, claustrophobes beware!). i wish they would be more separated, like a keyboard. it's much easier when you don't accidentally have your fingers more up than down. | |||

<Seppel> Telling the SSBM story now. <Seppel> 16 teams that signed up were randomly picked to play. LF and Allegro didn't get in, but Soap and I did. Our team name was TEAM TEAM TEAM <Lifeforce> TEAM TEAM TEAM <Seppel> Because TEAM TEAM isn't enough and TEAM TEAM TEAM TEAM is just pushing it. <Seppel> Okay so they had good intentions with the setup of the tournament but it was easily exploitable. <Seppel> It was team battle, but with three teams. <Seppel> One player from both teams was on the green team, while the other two got red and blue. <Seppel> The red and blue were supposed to be the scorers while the greens are the meatshields. <Seppel> At the end of the match, only the points of the red and blue team players are counted. <Seppel> However, the exploit was that you could just kill your own teammate for massive points. <Seppel> The funny thing is that only a few teams picked up on this. <Seppel> Or at least tried to make it less obvious than Soap and I. <Lifeforce> despite the fact we yelled it <Lifeforce> a lot <Seppel> At one point, Soap and I manage a tie with some other team and I somehow win a sudden death match. <Seppel> Fucking hell I don't even know how to play well. <Seppel> Anyway. <Seppel> After our first loss we crawled up the losers bracket, beucase it was a double elimination tournament. <Lifeforce> WHICH MEANT IT LASTED FOR HOURS <Seppel> It comes down to six teams, and soap decides he doesn't want to win anymore. <Seppel> WHAT <Seppel> He starts acting like a retard on the field and we're easily getting our asses kicked. <Seppel> Then I gave it my best. <Seppel> At falling. <Seppel> Repeatedly. <Seppel> And Soap joined in. <Seppel> And we both were screaming really loudly at the time. <Seppel> And the other team was trying to make a legitimate effort at hitting us to gain points. SAD <Seppel> AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH <Lifeforce> AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH <Seppel> At the end, we made a total of -31 points. <Seppel> And people were chanting "TEAM TEAM TEAM!" <Seppel> And we go down in history as the only people whose match got pictures. <Seppel> People were taking pictures of our HISTORIC SCORES <Seppel> And then we left.
