True, but think of it this way! We line up to play tug of war. Lefties vs. righties. Who is going down? Lefties.

so, we'll cheat and tie our rope to a tree

I too use a PS1 pad. It is the best controller design I've seen to date--although the next gen controllers seem to be interesting, particularly the 1-handed one nintendo is developing

Use TMPGEnc and create an MPEG1 file out of the original AVI. This MPEG1 file can be placed on to a VCD without size modification.

Forgot to mention that if you have a VCD format, you can only hold about 60 minutes, possibly a little bit more, but not that much more. However, there is a way to get even more minutes if you find a way to burn the video without error correction on the disc. Nero won't let you do this directly. You need to find a program that will build a VCD image without error correction, then you can just use Nero to burn the image as if it was an image you made off of a data CD.

That sucks...it is unfortunate that his career was cut short. Makes me wonder what more he would have done for his career. It is a loss for baseball.

for someone who doesn't like cereal, I find that an interesting exception... so if you don't eat cereal, do you at least drink milk?

I was looking up the smilie conversion in the faq and saw that Xk put a nice touch to it. If we are going to get rid of the old faq, can we at least have a link to the formal faq or information of the smily conversions?

I don't mind it either--I used the old faq only for those smilie conversions anyways.

Maybe something interesting could do is do something clever in getting to the formal faq

Soda because the schools call it soda, because we have a Soda Hall at my university, because the signs have the word soda

Posted on 03-09-06 03:03 AM, in How to migrate to.... Link
If you can find a way to read all the ACLs out of Novell and find a way to automate the entry of all the ACLs into Active Directory, you have a chance to do it quite cleanly. So, I would probably look into what tools Novell gives you for listing ACLs and look into whether the Active Directory system allows command line entry.

Last summer, I dealt with data migration from one system to a completely different system. I had to find a mechanism to dump all the original data and find a way to adapt the data into something the new system will accept via some type of automation.

I usually don't use the mouse when I make a post... I guess I can use the archive for now OR, move the smilie conversions to the Acmlm wiki...
