The Dining chair in my kitchen is probably the oldest thing in my apartment.

Though it's not living, but I live alone in my apartment... though when i'm at "home", it's my dad who is the oldest. He's 52 I think.

Aka, pulling off the crap about Direct-X whatever being Vista only so people are forced to upgrade if they want gaming. Which is just a way to make people switch, Vista is not too diffrent from Win XP, and that's is it's biggest flaw...

Would be intresting in this generation how it goes. X-box 360 hadn't too succeful start so far, but then the same was with the orginal X-box, it took awhile before it gained popularity. :/

Despite the high price with PS3, it wouldn't surprise me if they would sell it with a loss.

After some basic research, it's hardly the same way. The motion sensor in the PS3 controller seems to be a pretty much a "tilt-detector" like thoose certain GBA games had.

Heh, I was talking about the future PS3 sales. About X-box 360 well... I hardly hear anyone talk about it.

Elmo: Heh, just wanted to clarify that so we didn't get tons of screaming fanboys here. That tilt-detect thing is rather cheap too I assume, as it's included in WarioWario:Twisted and Yoshi tilt 'n tumble. Would be funny if the PS3 controller had the same legal troubles as WarioWare:Twisted in Europa. xD (Neverthless that was something stupid that delayed a relase, something about safety issues. :/)

Maybe I go watch the various press-conferances, though Sony is wellknown for having boring ones so dunno.

Elmo... about Blu Ray. To be honest, if the format ever goes off it WILL take a few years before people switch to it. Besides, the switch from DVD>Blue-ray wouldn't be as drastic as VHS>DVD or VCD>DVD. It's not even 100% sure what standard that will be the replacment for DVD, and hell.. we still have CD's around (thought PC games are starting to get released on DVD's as a norm... but then Audio DVD's aren't very common.)

I look forward to the Nintendo press announcement.

Well, seems like Slashdot also agrees about the Sony announcment being lacking, and Nintendo being press confrence being much better.

27 games is alot games. That's more than then the Gamecube had on it's pre-release E3 I would guess. Maybe devolopers got confidence for Nintendo with the success of the DS?

Starfox DS... I wonder if it's a brand new game or a remake. I probably should looking for videos from thoose announcments. :/

Intresting to see that there is a "regular" controller though.

Well, that's the best one I have of thoose logos. There was also a few gameplay screenshots too...

Seems like they added a tactical part to Starfox, though I did like the "on-rails" concept we're used to.

I got to assume, that thoose are from Nintendo's press pages. I remember getting access to one of thoose years ago. :/ Usually have more high-res stuff than the public pages.

Going to be intresting today, as we will hear the press's opinions of the controller and the games.

Seriously, the last few days we were playing SSBM we were laughing at things like taht nonstop. Then you get so used to them... *

Funny how much of the darker screenshot is Metaknights ship, heh.

I guess Snake is included becuse... well, he's a old-school charcther after all. But it looks really funny to have a realistic human next to the cartoony charcthers...

The American name seems to be Super Smash bros Dojo... or it's just a recent rename. Meh, i'm rather neutral against both names.

I'm quite sure the competivness will get alot higher faster too, when people don't have to get together eye to eye to play this in a tournament. Well, at least they listened to people online. Metaknight and Pit (I blame Ice climbers) was wished by alot of people.

The video is on the offical SSB site, just look on Nintendo.com then follows the links from there.

Sometimes it's better to check the offical sites sometimes, as the press sites (IGN, Gamespot, whatever) loves to have annoying ads everywhere and odd way to handle downloads. You might be able to find high-res videos on torrents too, I downloaded the E3 Nintendo press though torrent yesterday. <<
