| I got mine a month earlier than the European release date, by just preordering from Bergsala (Nintendo of Sweden... in a way).

That's nothing. I have been posting from Windows vista.

| Well, i'm starting to get a idea on how stuff works. Like <15 tipsyness go well, but hit 15 or over and you get thoose drunken stupor quests, which are bad for the most part.

| If there's something that annoyed me with Pokémon, it's the gene thing. Sure, Pokémon shouldn't be the same but it annoys me, I wish it worked more like a MMORPG where the stats are distrubted with points.
Reminds me, I probably played more Pokémon than RO, but I know more about RO's inner workings than Pokémon. XD I still have some... uhm, Eon ticket I think it was called. Got it for six months ago, hadn't started the game since to use it. XD (edited by Ailure on 04-05-06 06:13 AM) |

| Apart from my parents (and that happens rarely), I actually hadn't done this much in years.
I guess most people I grew up with had internet access and knew how to find that info theirself and didn't bother to ask a "expert". |

| I have a friend of mine with some chronic disesae I forgot the name of... where muscles keeps getting weaker but I know for sure it's not ALS. He was diagnoised when he was six years old, and he kept getting worse over the years. He's twenty years now though, and I kind of lost touch with him. People with his disease usually die around their 20's. I'm starting to feel really bad about it nowdays, as I almost never see him.
Give her the support she needs, while there's no real treatment yet (there might be something in the next decade, or next few years), sheer willpower might be one of the reasons why Stephen Hawking been able to live with his disease for 40 years. I would try to suggest you to think optimistic, give your mother hope and a reason to live, and yourself too. (Even my parents, who both works at a hospital says that sheer willpower is the best treatment.) |

| Like what the Command and conquer fanbase did when EA's support for the CnC games kept decreasing. XWIS was born, and support for it was so good that EA dropped Westwood online and let XWIS take over.
Well, if you have a wireless network card and internet access I think it's possible to bridge the connection and turn the windows computer into a hotspot in ad-hoc mode. I hadn't had the chanche to try this yet though. But yes, the network configuration of Windows is rather limited.(edited by Ailure on 04-05-06 08:25 AM) |

| ||bass, to be honest I actually suspected you had Aspberger's for a long time, however you would have to ask a expert about it. (I did suspect Acmlm for a very long time and I found out he had). Also, where you study practically attracts people with Aspberger. I jokingly say that Silicon valley consists of people with Aspberger.
I don't find aspberger very common, yet I do recnoise people with it. I could probably point out a few in my class sure, but my course is related to "nerdy stuff". :p You probably would have to contact a real psychologist to get any good answer at this though. |

| Well, if you like Advance wars then you probably would like Civ 4 too. Becuse they're both the same type of game. First time I played Advance wars, I was like "Gee, this is like a modern warfare Civilization II but portable". And yes, I'm a fan of both games.
And well, people usually complain about Simcity4 being too hard. It's understandable...
OpenTTD is a open source version of Transport Tycoon Deluxe. Like with the Doom ports, you need the orginal game to run it. It's probably one of the best simulator games out there, and it's over ten years old now. |
