It's from a shooting game, that Hiryuu got a couple of us into. XK just mentioned it's name. 
It's intresting, as it's a player vs player shooter and kind of a have puzzle elements. |

| Well, it should be fine if you set the right settings in the user settings page.
And for inactivity, well maybe I should make a sticky about the AcmlmWiki for the ROM hacking documentating projcet later on. Right now i'm busy with various stuff but it's something i'm going to do later. |

IBM used to be the unbeatable giant in the past, Microsoft is the giant of today. I really hope the computer industry won't just have a single giant but having a more fair market.
That said, I'm only excited for revolution as frankly... plain graphics stopped impressing me after the PS2/Gamecube/X-box generation. If graphics is done in a way where it's intuative (like very high-res voxels graphics where everything is destroyable) then I might get impresesed.
$450 eh? Well, historically expensive systems usually have harder times to get sold than cheaper system (at least to some extent). There's a few systems who was quite before their time in terms of sheer power, but they were too expensive for most people. Still, i'm not a stock owner in any company so why would I care how well the companies goes? None of them is going bankrupt anytime soon. (edited by Ailure on 03-16-06 09:40 PM) |

| I thought the registeration thing was time-limited. Aka two people on the same IP can't register on the same time, but if the other one register little later then it might go fine.
Then, I have no idea how harsh XK set it on. Restrcitng one account per IP would be too harsh anyway, as there's alot of people behind a NAT or have a shitty ISP (AOL) where IP addresses are shared amongst users. (edited by Ailure on 03-18-06 12:50 AM) |

The creator was highly against the first sequel. I think they threatned to do a christmas edition if he wasn't involved in it.

| If there wasn't this annoying delay as soon I did something, I rpboably would have enjoyed it more. I was expecting something like SimEarth at first even, but all I got was a more annoying version of Grow.

| Is sex education mandatory yet over there? It's been here in Sweden for quite awhile now... and there's alot about sex in the media and been like that for awhile.
And I wonder becuse I heard about the high-rates of teen-pregnacy over there. It's less common around here. Trend? Hardly, I think it's just a side-effect of our culture opening up about sex. In the beginning of the 20th century, it was frowned upon to kiss in public. Now you have to be a gay couple to caught any attention from people, and even that is on the way of being well-accepted. Well at least in this country.
Intresting about how guys worldwide boasts about how many girls they got laid with. Something tells me that it's a stupid thing to boast about. :/ |
