Meh, I found that game quite random. It was little humerous at first, but for me it mostly turned into "bang space for next action" game.

Considering it's election this year in Sweden... this would fit. xD

I dunno if my sister got Emerald yet, since I think it was released again here. Would be intresting to check out if the English version of it is full of bugs too.

And I guess the Firered/Leafgreen music was left in by laziness. I guess they based it off Firered/Leafgreen becuse of the improved engine and then didn't care to remove some of it's stuff. :/

It's been discussecd that they might had plans to change the evil orginizations in RU/SA with Team rocket. If I recall there's some team rocket base music in the ROM too, but it's been awhile since I hacked Ruby...

The FAQ could have worded it better.

Yes, as long the ROM's in question have a license to spread them, it's ok. There's probably a few Open sourced games that isn't technically Public domain but is still free to spread.

Syntax error means "OMG I CANT READ THIS SHIT". It's not a random error... seldom is. Just human error most of the time.

I was just playing around with the RAM hex editor.

The game needs alot of random values before it screws up like that though. I'm amazed.

Yeah, I know that... AGB or whatever that's music system was called was leaked for quite awhile ago from a certain japanse company known for it's strategy games. And it really helped the music hacking community...

I have encoded Hell march by Frank Klepacki somewhere in the lowest quality that the Winamp plugin allowed. (You know, that awesome song from Red alert)

So yeah, the music did sound like a NES farting through it's PCM channel...

If I recall, the MP3 was around 450KB... which is not much considering that the song is sex minutes long.
