Thanks for makin the thread CJ, I really appreciate it. And thanks to everyone who made a shout out to me 
It was a decent birthday today, my brother came to pop a visit today and he gave me some ca$h so I coulda buy whatever I wanted. Then when my mom came home her & my brother took me to Sizzlers on Queens Blvd. I had a half slab of ribs with french fries and some cole slaw. With the money I got I bought a few oldie but goodie Ps2 games, here's what I got... 1. Splinter Cell 2. Splinter Cell - Pandora Tomorrow 3. Manhunt My lady friend is off tomorrow from her job, she called me to tell me that she'll make me some dinner for my birthday, she's making Lasagna, so I can't pass that up. I also got a few e-cards for my birthday, it was really cool. This was the most calmest birthday I ever had, but I'm good nonetheless.  |

Well, here's the hack that I've been working on as a side project. Even if it's just a graphics hack you'll see that the game is not easy. It was kinda fun making this hack, anyways here's some screens to check out, pics are from newest to oldest...

| ImInvisible: I took care of number one & three, number 2 woulda been cool to do but I phail big time at sprite drawing, even if I wanted to change the bombs to Bob-Bombs the sprites are too small. Good lookin out though.

| Leo D.: I'll see what can I do, I'm gonna be busy for the next few days.
ImInvisible: edit - I fixed the running animations, they both look better when Mario runs now. About the throwing animation, it'll look a bit off since Mario doesn't stand when he jumps. and the legs share the same sprite when the explorer throws the bomb. Take a look at the screen here. To everyone else, get the update again in my first post, Mario runs smoother now.

| Well, I remember I got hit by a car when I was 12 years old. My bike got wrecked, I'm suprised I didn't die. I had a fear of bike riding cuase I thought I woulda got hit again (or even die.) I started bike riding again recently (when I almost turned 30) What helped me over come my fear was I rode my bike up and down the block. And then eventually I started riding around 37th. ave, It took me a while to conquer my fear. But I still bike ride carefully.
Some fears take a while to go away as long as you make the effort to conquer'em. You are on the right track with listening to your CDs while in the car (and try not to listen to any type of news broadcast in the car too), it should be done all the time until the fear is gone completely. Try to think about other things besides car crashes, it'll be hard at first but you'll pull through. I hope I was helpful to ya's. |
