I think you need to work on the humor a bit, but other than that, pretty good. The guy bouncing around in the 2nd comic was pretty funny.

Also, Alastor, i'd like to see you do better, if you have, link to it, please.

Dei had finished the basic struction of the food stands, and put in some appliances. After he put up the overhead lamps, cheap as they were, they did their job. His smile faded as he turned them on, casting a yellowish glow on the brown wood and marble of the unpainted shops.

Dei: "I somehow think this isn't going to work out well..."

At the screaming of Barg into Kirbynite's face about 40 yards away, Dei took another hasty look at the new stands.

Dei: "It wouldn't work out well either if I didn't make some malts. Who knows what might happen. But I can't work in a unpainted shop."

Dei's gaze fell to the two score of paint cans, still unopened. His bit his lip.

Dei: "Oh man, I Kirbynite's not going to like my color selection, I just know it."

Taking the blue and lime paint colors, he walked into the concession stand.

I think this post proves it may be just a tad difficult to establish a common sentence. But I can't see anything wrong with that, i'd say something like this though:

Alright i'll look into that, thanks. I was getting kind of worried about the price range between the soft and hard ones because the soft ones were relatively cheap but looked like they'd slide around if you tried to use them. >.>
