It's not really that I dislike him.

It's more the fact that he was the one that said "using proper grammer is a plus". Y'know, since he shouldn't be the one to be talking about grammar. Grammar is the opposite of "THATS HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!", and so forth in his posts.
