I Need a little help! When I Insert ''Cocoron.nsf'' into the ASM stuff
in the SMB1 experiment asm stuff and Reassemble it With X816
And Put Both The Header plus Asm-Binary in the right position
and Expanded it, (Ala Ducktales 2!) It will not work! So I Have the
Cocoron (j).nes rom and the nsf itself! I Dissassembled/Hexedited
it fully and Inserted it and Still it didnt work! I Scanned for Viruses,
Spyware, And everything! It says it is fine! But Nothing Did It!

I was working on a New smb3 rom and I
lost one of my animation SMB3 info docs
and I cant find it, exept the Mapper and
the Expansion docs, I Could not find the
SMB3 animation document anywhere!!

So can anyone reprovide info on:

* level type animation

and

* Animation (ASM) stuff

Yah, I am still doing ASM, I am just lazy.

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but i must add that the
music track 4 in ufouria's nsf came in the japanese version
of Ufouria called ''Hebereke'' also! but Hebereke, Along with
the Unused Song, There is Another Unused Graphic, Which
is the 5th (or 6th, Whitchever) Boss in a UFO,

NOTE: This only exists in the HEBEREKE rom, The japanese
version of UFOURIA,

Look in Google for ''Hebereke (j).nes'' Or Hebereke (j).zip,
unzip it, and go to YY-CHR, Then Put the ROM in YY-CHR
and put it in ''Vertical'' mode and:

Can anyone find the ROM Address for the ''Demo World 3''
(Super Mario Bros 3) Music in hex? (Both Beginning and
End of the music addresses) So I can make custom music
in my hex editor! I could not find a good enough Address
for it!

Can anyone figure this out, I looked at YY-CHR's tile number
and using it Via Hex editor! But this game does NOT show the
main tiles of the sprites (Sprite TSA?) I even tried the same with
the 1st byte only and will not show! Is there a secret that every-
one has, Or is there a type of compression in there?

Some games have sprites that are like that, (ie; SMB1, ect, ect,)
They are also easier to edit. but this game has a diffrent engine or
something. these are why i need help with that game!

Yes, I was trying that Myself, Ringodoggie did,
but I Could'nt!

Sprites like:
The Blocks (Note blocks, Bricks, Empty blocks ect.),
The Coin(s) when the ? block is hit
The Broken brick remains
The Power-ups (Mushroom, Flower, Star, Leaf.)
and more,

And Yes, what i mean is the TSA-like thingy for the sprites

Also, If you want, You can help with the ''Additional'' animation
routine (ASM) for the sprites!

I do NOT bump threads right now! now, on topic:

Sappy will not work on Windows 98 of this error:

Can anyone make me a few custom blocks?

1) a Breakable Throw block that reappears while grabbing it,

2) A (Regular) Breakable Throw block,

3) A Breakable Throw block that makes a ''Moving coin''
appear after you grabbed it And when broken. makes
a moving coin appear!

AND:

4) A SML2 style block:

A Turnblock, but when you bump your head
on it, it will break into pieces instead of turning!

I will put you on the credits in my hacks if you make them!

Spel werdz rite, Remember the SNES game called:
''Magical Quest starring Mickey Mouse''?
(Made by Capcom in 1990-92, Also Remade for GBA!)

Well, I am making a game called "Mickey Mouse: Mickey's Quest"!
It is a the FIRST Super Mario World hack starring him!

And I am remaking the 1st level from that game, using BGmapper
and Tiler! (2 SNES MAP Editors!)

Tiler can be found in Zophar's Domain!

I am ALSO remaking the 1st level from that game in one of my SMB3 hacks!

You do not know about that game? GOOGLE FOR THE ROM!!!!!

PS: Can I place a request ASM hack where the routine of the COLOR CHANGE
routine of the throw block is only in 1 color? (2 patches: Blue and Yellow)

I do not know if anyone found this, but it is here and
I need it for my 'Mickey Mouse' hack

I think spel werds rite might have it in his Private Messages
right now, but I wanted a Location\ASM hack for Changing
or Disabling the ''Throw Block Color Changing routine''
so I can have a 1 color (Yellow/Blue) throw block!

If anyone gets that location\ASM hack please let me know!

I am back, But some question that I need help with before
turning SMB 1, 2, and 3 music into something else
I got the document, But it did not show a example of note
equivlents!

I need to know:
What are the notes in the SMB1 music (Format) Equal?
(Like mods and midi notes! only the Mario bros 1, 2/USA, and 3 equivlents!)

Example of Midi (Mod) notes: F-3, C#1, F-5,

If you know that, post it up!

I had a hard drive crash unexpectedly, and i lost my SMB3 text file.
And I made it a long time ago, and the document is from a fourm
(Old) BEFORE the original board crashed while xkeeper is with us!

But the fourm I got it out of is one of my SMB3 sprite editimg help
thread. (Not the brick one, Which is the only thread i found before
the old board crashed, There used to be a second, related thread
where Beneficii (i think) gave me the instructions,)

Some remains, but NOT all, are the following instructions left in my
brain:

1: Go open FECUXD(SP)!
2: Load the SMB3 NES rom,
3: Open PPU viewer, Debugger and Cheat console
(And other stuff I couldn't find in my brain)
5 (or 6). Go to a hex editor (Ect.)
6 (or 7). Replay the modified SMB3

(As you know, i am smart in real life, but not all the time in the
board!)

If anyone has the info remade or the thread THAT I COULD NOT FIND!!!
Please, PLEASE. be kind and nice and post it!

GREAT WORK JP!!! But a couple of things:

1: Can Anyone give me a hack for changing the
NINTENDO PRESENTS logo to a intro/part of a title screen
like one of ice man's hacks (SMW returns i think)? (Optional, as i might rip it later!)

2: Anyone can help make a ASM/TSA hack where
I can use a gun instead of your hand?

3: Make a Hack where a throw block can not change color,
(And the color must be both yellow and blue,
and make it seprate hacks, please!)

Now i cant find the Throw block colors and routine,
as I can find other sprites easily
