To your likely disappointment, this will only work on Mac OS X.
However, if you, by a coincidence are indeed a Mac OS X User, SNES9X 1.50 user and Finnish, this might be joyful to you.

Installation is simple.
Extract the ZIP, and you should see a folder, "Finnish.lproj".
Go to your Applications folder, show the contents of SNES9X.app, and open the folder "Contents".
Now go and open the folder "Resources", and place "Finnish.lproj" there.
If it doesn't work, locate your SNES9X.app, select it, and push Command - I. Now click the little triangle under "Languages" and unselect English and all other languages other than Finnish.
Point out any mistakes, if you want.

I'd also like to mention that translating SNES9X was very fun, and I am willing to translate any other software for Mac that include the NIB files and localizable strings within.

EDIT: how embarrassing. I forgot the attachment. Now I must wait 24 hours to double post, or wait for someone to reply.

If I may suggest, add a mild background HDMA to the background of the Water Levels.

That is so true. I've even contacted the author and noted that there are holes in his theory of this "Super Mario World Style", but it didn't get anywhere. I'm surprised the tutorial got to the site itself.
Truly horrible.

Eeeehhhh...?

I'm on a resolution of 1024 x 768, and it looks fine and dandy to me.
Perhaps you could provide a screenshot?
EDIT: MOSES ALMIGHTY quotes look horrible.

Yep.
The box is always as tight as possible. However, Quote strings stretch it very wide.

That's awesome!
I loved the game.

EDIT: Since I can't double post, here's some ingredients for a NSMB layout!

Originally I intended to make one for myself, but then again I'll keep this one for a while. So eh, if you like those, go nuts.

Truly odd. I've never seen that before.
Reminds me, was the mystery of the 8x8 music note solved?

While we're on the subject of weird unused graphics, does anyone know what this tile from GFX09 is used for? I don't even know what color to render it in:

It's between Super Koopa's cape and Pokey's Body. It looks like water or dirt, maybe?

Hey, that makes sense. You know, when fast motion is sprites, it often has no outline.
But as for the other tile you have there, I have no idea. Definitely not water.

This picture.

I asked for help a while ago, but never did get it right.
A question, what would be the best format to have the picture in?

Nevermind, I wanna try it myself.

Uh, sure. You certainly can try it yourself, but I wouldn't advise you to do that.
The image quality is beyond reasonable. In my opinion, it doesn't look good in any way.

And no, you are NOT going to play a USF on a SNES, unless perhaps you add another CPU.

Well, there IS a build of SNES9X for N64.
