I suppose you will rename the editor, then?
"Metroid Advance Editor" or something?

Also, I'm sure you're aware that Wario Land 4 uses the same engine as Metroid Fusion / Zero Mission?
Perhaps you could consider taking a look at that.

Ingenious.
Another good one came into my mind just a sec ago.
"Zero Fission".
As opposed to Fusion, Fission is quite cool. And it has resemblance with "Mission" too, what makes that even more awesome.

That sounds great.
Although something bothers me... Are the "S" blocks going to be replaced in later versions?
Instead of just having a sprite symbol, maybe you could program the application to load the graphics and the palette from the sprite's location and thus, making it actually viewable?
This way it'd be easier to work with, and would have support for edited graphics.
(Instead of just having images of enemies, like some editors do..)

Yeah, I thought it'd be useful to have something like [user] tag.
When someone asks, say; "Where can I get instructions on Metroid Zero Mission headers?"
So you could respond; "I don't think there's a database or such, but you could ask [user]Interdpth[/user]"

And it'd link to his/her profile.
Other variations could be "[user=Xkeeper]Boss[/user]".
That would link to the profile, yes, but in that form it could have different text. "Boss", in this occasion.

Of course.
Another suggestion, though. (I'll post it here if you don't mind. Making a new topic isn't necessary.)

Smart tags would be great. When someone says "SMWCentral" or "The Announcements", it'd automatically fix them to "SMWCentral", and The Announcements.

There could also be more smart tags like DataCrystal, etc..
This way we could avoid posts like "wher is dutucrästöl?"

Like I said in your last Art thread, try coming up with something a bit more original.

The pen tool ought to be used for greater things.


Well, I didn't use anything but the Line tool and the Paint bucket.
Just draw a line, bend it, and repeat the routine until you've got it all traced up.
The draw more lines for the parts where to shade, and color them.

Well, I traced it, that's right.
Although it was more difficult than it sounds. The Pixel art images have only 5 colors or so, and their DPI isn't so excellent.

And I didn't do it in Photoshop. But I guess Flash is good enough.
Nevertheless, thank you for the comments, positive and negative. Hopefully they encourage me to do better.
