I have... well, no one. Before I just had Hiryuu, Acmlm, and my clones, mostly to have easy access to Hiryuu's vault of links in his bio and to see if Acmlm ever posted, andmy clones for obvious reasons... this time, I have none.

Not nessacarily ROM Hacking, but emulation in general. Lots of big emulation sites have died and rotted away, as have several translation/ROM hacking sites and groups.
