I don't really the problem. The guy made a blunt-as-all-hell clone without being orignal at all; it was either Kotaku doing it our your favorite game company shutting him the fuck down.

This is copyright infringement and no amount of WAAAH FREE  changes that.
By the way, you should really consider shutting your fucking mouth, because there are several sources I found by a quick google search to support that this dumbass has, at at least one point in his life, worked for WildTangent. (Edit: He may not have worked as a WT employee, but I see he's developed at least 4 games with them -- which is highly suspicious in terms of "not working there"...) And this is 6GB per minute, or 720GB per 2-hour video. Compare at ~8GB for a 2-hour DVD... I can't see average download speeds getting 90 times faster in the next 3 years.
