- 1 1/4c Rice Krispies
- 1c milk (fat free or some crap)
- 2/3c (4) frozen strawberries
(2 + 2 + 1 = 5p)

- Strawberries add a little flavor to the cereal, but they aren't for eating

Breakfast (drink):
- those strawberries
- 1c of milk
- as much ice as you feel like adding (texture, I prefer lots)
(0 (same strawberries) + 2 = 2pt)

Throw in blender. Hit button. Enjoy.

Keep in mind that he said it shows score, emralds, lives, continues. Two of those are obvious, two aren't. Since you can't really have 0 lives, assume the Sonic icon is the lives, leaving nothing but "Continues" for the darker emrald.

Weird? Yes. Hard to figure out? Definitely. Process of elimination? Works like a charm.
