There are, count them, NINE 10 footers in SN CS.

Xepher Oni
Chaos Heavy
Chaos Oni
Fascination Maxx Heavy
Fascination Maxx Oni
Fascination Eternal Love Mix Heavy
Fascination Eternal Love Mix Oni
Max 300 Super Max Me Mix Heavy
Healing D-Vision (in the CS it's a 10, but it's the same steps as AC, but a 9 there)
Healing D-Vision Oni

I'm not entirely sure SMM Oni steps are in or not.

And there are some of the hardest 9 footers ever. Konoko something or other makes Cartoon Heroes look like Freckles. It's insane.

I've been downloading a lot of Dancemania and all of Beatmania IIDX stuff, so I should be pumping out some sims soon. I've also got my girlfriend into playing Stepmania. She took my computer over and played it for an hour and a half non-stop last night.

Well my arcade got the DDRSN update patch. Flow True Style is stupid. Same exact song. Same exact steps, except there's a double up on the BPM during the chorus. It's stupid.

However...

Fascination ~eternal love mix~: That's like the best DDR sex ever. The song is a bitch and all but it's freaking FUN. And I'm speaking of this on a playing on a pad perspective. It's also nice to be able to play Xepher, DoLL, True Love, iFuturelist and so on with the proper syncing. It's the best 12 minutes a dollar can buy

This sounds like a Dancemania take on the a-ha classic. This file marks a milestone for me: it's the first one that has Rolls and Mines. But only in Oni.

Jesus my gramar is atrocious when I'm pepped on coffee.

FaxxMix was a rush job to be the first to pump out a simfile for it. Plus, it was only a sample portion of the whole track. Once I obtain the full thing from a V-Rare, I'll make full steps to it.

Disconnected Hazard: wow, I gotta say it's to have you back in the swing of things Hiryuu. I actually mustered an AA on my first try of Heavy and only got hit by one mine. Oni, however, is giving me a good bit of trouble.

And here's my latest sim. I'm finally starting to mature in my simming style and doing more 10 foot worthy stuff. This one was actually an accident. I was feeling like it was more of a 9, then I realized, woops, I've been doing these steps while on .8x music. I return to regular speed and it raised itself to a 10, easy. It's not hard to pass, but I can't seem to AA it.

Heavy - 10
Standard - 8
Light - 5

My graphics creating skills are still subpar though

5th Edit:

It seems the full version of Fascination Maxx Jondi and Splesh whatever is 5 minutes long. So I cut, and spliced, and cut and cut and spliced, cut-cut-cut, spliced-spliced-spliced.... it into a minute and a half version. It's not the prettiest but it's not half bad

Edit:

ITG2 R21 allows custom songs... holy crap. Looks like I'll be playing a HECK of a lot more ITG now.

Yeah custom songs, but the limit is 2 minutes, .ogg formats and only recognizes .sm files, no backgrounds or banners (for now). Plus I think there's a limit of songs it'll recognize off the thumbdrive.

Healing D-Vision is nothing to be scared of on heavy (atleast when played normally). No, see what you should be scared of are Faxx and Fascination ~eternal love mix~. Chaos is evil too. All of those on Oni though is pure hell. So yeah, Xepher Oni and HDV are the least of your worries. Also, wait til you see some of the Diamon Ex Showdowns (even the one on popcorn is hard for me). There are some really messed up mods on the Showdowns.

It seems you beat me in Satan's Castle by 2 mill, but I beat you in excellents by like 30, not like that really matters though, cuz I can't feel my right hand anymore as it is.

I got to try out the R21 update today and dude it is SO cool to do one of your own simfiles and have regular players going "oh wow that is a really good chart for that song". Here's what I played mostly today:

Really easy 7 footer but those with access to an ITG2 R21 cab, play it, it's fun. I swear.

You are limited to 5 enemies on the screen at a time (with very few rare exceptions). When I say on the screen, I do not mean visible screen. I mean in memory screen, which is a about 30 pixels to the left and right off screen.

Yeah, my own graphics, sorry Hiryuu. I know yours is better but now the file feels more "pure"...

speaking of purity, GO NUTS!

No offense or anything Hiryuu but going back to quite a few of your older stuff and it seems off sync. A lot of it too... :\

Oh yeah, picked up work back on DDR 6th Megamix. I'm about 9 minutes into it with 63 more to go

This is the thing: Each object set resides in it's own bank. Example:

Plains levels reside between 0x01E010 and 0x02000F (with header added, mind you) Plains levels CANNOT exist outside this range. This applies to all level types. However, some level type share the same bank, so they can be switched around (Pipe/Water, Hilly/Underground, Airship/Tank, Sky/Snow, Giant/Sky). By switching 1-2 from Plains to Hills, it's looking for the level in the Plains area of the ROM and getting crap.
