A girl smoking a cig is a turn off for me.

Oof. Actually, yeah a new law just passed in our city (and has been passed around cities close to here and whatnot). People can no longer smoke in public, restaurants and everything. Now its pretty much just only possible to smoke at their homes or whatever.

With a 360 you can connect to your computers with Windows Media Center and then view all your media, whatever it may be, off your 360. Then you can put in thumbdrives or whatever you want through the USB port and view stuff like that too.

Basically, a lot of the stuff Gideon said about the Xbox, minus the whole illegitimate fact. The 360 is capable of doing all of that without modifying it a bit.

However, I'm sure it still won't be a 100% true translation, with the suggestive jokes and stuff like that the Japanese versions have always had. But most of the spelling mistakes and stuff like that were already fixed for Anthology for the PSX.

... except for poor Terra. Wasn't her true name supposed to be Tina?

WHOA

Yeah, Ristar was fun. Came out at the edge of the Genesis' life though, but as ALASTOR said ... a lot of people have played and loved it.

Its a shame Ristar didn't live on after that. But, looking at what's become of the Sonic Team, maybe it was for the best.

I'm proud of myself I guess. When it comes to every Zelda game I've played, once I enter a dungeon ... I'm not leaving it or I don't stop playing it until I've completed it.

Though, as you said there's always time constraints. So I don't blame you a bit.

If you ever go back to play it though, you can zoom through it fairly quickly. I remember getting to the 4th dungeon or around that at just ~10 hours during my second 3-heart run.

I'd further recommend Terranigma, then Tales of Phantasia and Star Ocean.

Not to mention, Terranigma has one of the best endings to any RPG, ever.

Seriously, I was just about to say that myself.

What you're wanting is just going to be complicated to setup, no matter which way you go. A computer, would be simple ...

Can't argue with the Legend of the Seven Stars!

I still say that game has some of the best minigames in any RPG out there. They're actually ... fun! Such an easy game, but so fun and unique. Plus, Bowser and Mario teaming up!?

Nothing special for me:

Mon, Wed, Fri:
10:00 AM - 10:50 -- World Humanities. Boring, but I need the credit.
11:00 AM - 11:50 -- Intermediate Algebra (I took Trig and everything at High School, but I really didn't put any effort into the math placement test. That obviously came back to hit me in the ass. )
12:00 AM - 12:50 -- English 101 / Comp 1, whatever. I've heard some bad things about this class, but when our teacher said "Yeah, all essay's will be about a page to a page and a half long" I almost fell out of my chair. That just seems ... pathetic? Sounds really easy, then again maybe she's a tough grader or something.

Tue, Thur:
6:00 PM - 8:45 -- Character Animation (we use Maya). I'll probably drop this ... think I finally decided Game Design isn't completely for me. I took Game Design / Level Design for two years in High School, but yeah. I just don't have the drawing skills and patience for this to be a career for myself.

Johnson County Community College.

Boring as hell. Didn't meet a single soul last semester. I guess that can go for most Community Colleges?

I'd favor a University, but I'm having to pay for 90% of college myself right now. I just figured I'd go to JCCC for 2 years or so and get all the basics out of the way, then head to a University (possibly KU) or tech school of some kind.

I'm looking at KU for grad school when it comes to be that time...

I'm getting my tuition payed for at UNL because my parents are poor and we qualified for grants and stuff, did you do the FAFSA??? I'm sure you could get some good money there.

Yeah, funny thing is my mom's going back to school herself (JCCC also), and we both applied for Aid (though she has to keep like a 4.0 GPA).

I'm probably in the same boat as you, both my parents never finished High School, or College in their early years ... so yeah, money isn't falling out of their pockets or anything.

That's honestly kind of kept me going and determined though. I just want to be far more providing and better off when I start my own family and whatnot, compared to what I've grown up with.

I've seriously stopped going to Gamestop, for the last year or so. This new employee (who I later learned is one of the managers) just completely ruined the store for me, and I just could careless to spend more time driving out to a farther one when I can just go up the street to Best Buy or something.

He's just one of the rudest employee's I've ever seen. I mean, I know people hate their jobs and stuff, and I'm not out there to make friends when I'm just looking for a game or something all the time, but he's one of the most unhelpful workers I've ever seen. He's just worthless. And he's there ALL the time. Because of that, I've just completely lost interest in our local Gamestop store.

I'll either go to EB Games or Best Buy these days.

Plus, it was Enix. Games from them seemed hard to come by either way.

Hmm, I guess its nice to finally have that cleared up.

Still, I'll continue to hate on Square / whoever it was that prevented the US from getting Seiken Densetsu 3.

Terranigma was released in late 1995.

More importantly, they did release it in "double-digit amount of different languages to translate to" Europe.

Well, US wise, its always seemed hard to find Enix SNES games around here.

Then again I'm kind of saying that as of now. I can't really remember what it was like back in the day.

But yeah, either way. The US didn't get that gem.
