Thunder Force IV = Best Genesis soundtrack ever. Revenge of Shinobi is up there too!

Alright, I'll edit this post tommorow or post again. I'm an SNES fanatic, so I could very well put up another ~90 list myself (need to get to bed though).

Groovy:

Super Turrican - Intro
Super Turrican - Level 3-1
Super Turrican - Level 3-2
Super Turrican - Level 4-2 (halo Megaman)
Super Turrican II - Even Wilder
Super Turrican II - Final Frontier
Super Turrican II - Pirate Station
Super Turrican II - Space 8001 (odd but has some amazing parts)
Super Turrican II - Submerged
Thunder Spirits - 00 Hydra
Thunder Spirits - 04
Thunder Spirits - 05
Gradius III - Stage 9
Jurassic Park II The Chaos Continues - Cliff
Starfox - Boss Music 6a
Starfox - Boss Viewer
Starfox - Corneria
Starfox - Credits
Starfox - Space Armada
Starfox - Venom Highway
Vortex - Intro
Vortex - Cryston
Kirby Superstar - The Great Cave Offensive
Kirby Superstar - Milky Way overworld
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island - Theme 2 (Caves)
Earthworm Jim - Level 5
Earthworm Jim 2 - Anything but Tangerines
Earthworm Jim 2 - ISO 9000, Soil level
F-Zero - Big Blue
F-Zero - Mute City
F-Zero - White Land 1 and 2
Aladdin - Caves theme
Super Castlevania IV - The Theme of Simon
Super Castlevania IV - Bloody Tears
Super Castlevania IV - Vampire Killer >__>
Super Castlevania IV - Beginning <__<
Castlevania Dracula X - Stage 1
Castlevania Dracula X - Stage 7
Donkey Kong Country - Aquatic Ambience
Donkey Kong Country - Life in the Mines
Donkey Kong Country - Northern Hemispheres
Donkey Kong Country - Fear Factory
Donkey Kong Country 2 - Brambles
Donkey Kong Country 2 - Mine
Donkey Kong Country 2 - Roller Coaster
Donkey Kong Country 2 - Ship Hold
Donkey Kong Country 2 - Wasp Hive
Donkey Kong Country 3 - Cave
Donkey Kong Country 3 - Fanfare
Donkey Kong Country 3 - Lost Cave
Donkey Kong Country 3 - Snow
Donkey Kong Country 3 - Waterfall (this one takes the cake)

Super Ghouls and Ghosts - Level 5 (Ice Level)
Terranigma - Opening
Terranigma - The Underworld (I can never get enough of this one)
Terranigma - Overworld (I can say the same)
Terranigma - Mountains
Terranigma - Magic Rocks
(Seiken Densetsu II set, names whatever)
Secret of Mana - Angels Fear (greatest intro ever)
Secret of Mana - The Holy Intruder (greatest dungeon theme ever! Maybe ..)
Secret of Mana - Where the Wind Ends
Secret of Mana - Eternal Recurrence
Secret of Mana - Star of Darkness
Secret of Mana - Prophecy (so epic)
Secret of Mana - A Prayer and a Whisper
Secret of Mana - Pure Night
Secret of Mana - One of them is Hope
Secret of Mana - Meridian Dance (epic, but not as much as Lavos's final theme)

Ahaha. I'll try to limit myself to 5 songs per game or whatever when I really look into this, I really need to rest up. But I hate going back and listening to SoM and SD3 themes, it makes me want to play those gems over again.

I'll clean this up tommorow.

It's my favorite song. Period.

Kefka's part in Dancing Mad is good, too.
Atma Weapon's music (in FF6, in case there's another Atma Weapon somewhere) is good too... I forget what it's called.

I think I'll leave it at that.

Atma Weapon = Decisive Battle.

Dancing Mad is great, but I can agree with MoN. Its just a bit overdone and pretty stretched out. Its not really a song I can think of and just play in my head without hearing it.

Totally kickass!

I've always had a liking for Cyan's theme though. But most of the character themes in FFVI are excellent. Schala's is up there too.
