I really wouldn't be surprised, that or we could end up with something like this in Garry's Mod, or a Garry's Mod specifically for this or something.

It just seems like to me, it would be obvious to have an editor for this. Just looks like the whole point is to have your own imagination with it.

New Gameplay.

Words cannot express how excited I am about this. What impressed me the most here, was how fluid the game looks, and how stunning the music is.

As I've always said, in my opinion each console has their ups and downs.

The current / past generation:
Xbox - Great Xbox Live service, and some great First-Party titles: Halo, Ninja Gaiden, etc.
PS2 - Biggest amount of 3rd Party support.
Gamecube - Great party games and first party franchises.
I own them all.

So, this next generation I am looking forward to ... 360 (well I already have one) ... the Wii ... and the PS3. And I'll probably eventually own them all. It's not the consoles, and for gods sake its not the damn companies, its the GAMES that I'm interested in (please, don't be a smartass and say "but the companies make the games" you know what I'm talking about here. "Microsoft sucks all they want is moneyyyyyyyyyy!" blabber crap like that. Do you really give a shit? Should I?).

Pardon the french, and /end short rant.

I'll guess that it'll be used for menu's, the map, and whatnot just like Dawn of Sorrow. If the game itself took place on both screens ... like Sonic Rush, that would just annoy the heck out of me.

I got a laptop for graduation, and its so much better than our family computer its not even funny.

And holy shit. I just actually decided to look up my package, I got a Latitude D820 ... the BEST deal. My grandparents spent a whopping 2k on this thing. I had no idea.

Then again I guess it doesn't surprise me, this baby plays Half-Life 2 as smooth as it would a babies butt.

Well, they're definitely not continueing the storyline with this game. I don't know specific details, but this game takes place farther into the past unlike the last few Castlevania games (Aria, and Dawn of Sorrow especially). I think it goes as far back into the original Belmont times, but I'm not sure (like the NES CV games).

Alastor: Haha, yeah that actually sounds a lot better than what they did. Either way, I did not think that was a good Sonic game at all despite all the good reviews it got. One thing I really hated was the music, it was just ... terrible beyond words.

Well obviously all companies are going to be in it for the money, because if they weren't they could possibly be out of a job. You can throw out the EA, Microsoft, whatever jokes all you want (even I do at times), but truth be told its not like every company, producer, and developer out there are 'not' in it for the money, they all are in some way.

Although its been awhile since I've seen this here, I just can't stand it when people say something like "I'm not buying it because its Microsoft. They suck". Thats just stupid and annoying.

I instantly bought a USB mouse for mine. I couldn't imagine having to use the touch pad, or the touch 'stick' thing in the middle of the keyboard.

I use this laptop basically as my own desktop anyways.

I say a laptop. Because there was a gun called the 'laptop gun' in Perfect Dark and it fucking rocked. And laptop's are cool.

Flawless logic.

*Xeo heads up to the large center room in The Temple
*Xeo pulls out and deploy's laptop as a sentry high up on one of the walls.
*Xeo dances and goes somewhere else

Kills + 100.

I'd actually say there's been a handful of decent and great Star Wars games over the last couple of years.

One series that definitely comes to my mind would be KOTOR. I loved those games (even more than Jade Empire).

Honorable Mentions: Castlevania SotN, Super Mario 3, Super Mario World, Street Fighter II, Final Fantasy Tactics, Halo 2, Mega Man 3, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross. If you mentioned a game not on my list, then you are obviously wrong and should shut up.

Wheee. Finally, someone here besides myself and NSNick who loved Deus Ex!

Seriously, I couldn't tell you how many times I've completely gone through that game.

And Aria of Sorrow was definitely amazing, I'd have to say I liked it a lot more than Dawn. But it was very short.

Also just to note, all of your honorable mentions are great, except for maybe Halo 2. It just didn't do much for me. And Megaman 3 definitely remains to be my top favorite Megaman game, slightly after 2 (I know its too easy, but its a classic).

Just had to comment on that I guess. Couldn't resist dodging new reply.

Well, I don't have a playlist but here's a link to a list of albums I own.

Basically I like fast metal. Besides that I spend a lot of time listening to videogame music myself, even NES and SNES tunes still to this day.

Which I'd have to say, nice seeing Seiken Densetsu 3 on your list Ogre.

Who the fuck doesn't love Deus Ex? It was brilliantly designed. Plus, after you'd beat the game and all, you could mess around with the buggy AI and get hours of entertainment

If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'd like to refer you to the best website you have probably never seen.

Also, a big part of the reason I liked Aria is because it was a shorter length. SotN went on for what felt like forever, and while it was all good, it was just more of one kind of goodness than I could take. It's like getting a huge plate of spaghetti or something; you get full and sick of it halfway through.

I'm also reconsidering wether Star Ocean should be on the list, or just an honorable mention. It's the last RPG I really played through, so it might just be on there because it's fresh in my mind.

And now you'll want to kill me, since ... I've only played the PS2 version.
I do plan on getting the PC version sometime though, my friend owns a copy and I've noticed a few differences. And there's less loading by tenfold.

I guess I could agree with SoTN. The reverted castle wasn't too interesting, especially since it only had what was it, 2-3 themes throughout the entire castle? And there really wasn't just a whole lot to do then, other than just leveling up and finding the final equipment and whatnot.

I still like it more, but I can admit the reverted castle wasn't all that exciting.

And in SoTN, Aria, and Dawn I absolutely loved going through as the Belmonts.

Posted on 07-25-06 06:56 PM, in I'm lactose intolerant. Link
I should probably take some tests myself ...

But my issue, is insane. Because it doesn't make that much sense at all. Usually in the morning, I've noticed if I have a bowl of cereal an hour or two later I'll get a stomach ache. This happens almost, everyday. I also sometimes get a bottle of chocolate milk for work, and after I drink it ... an hour or two later, I'm feeling aches in my stomach. Thing is, I can go out at night and have an oreo shake and have no problem at all. Does it make sense that some dairy products seem to affect me, at random times?

But you said it effected your throat? For me it seems to be the stomach.

I don't know, my mom said she thinks I could be lactose intolerant, but I don't think that would make sense if some things don't always effect me.

Maybe its just me and my bad stomach. I weigh a measly 135lb or something like that, but I took scans several years ago and I was told I have ulcers. Maybe I've just continued to have a bad, weak stomach of some sort that gets upset easily.

And for awhile I was on acid reflex medicine. No idea why though, because its rare for someone at such a young age (I took this stuff when I was in Junior High, I was like 14-16) to have acid reflex, and I haven't taken any of that crap for years and I've noticed hardly any change.

I should also probably note that every month or so, I have this random gas attack in my stomach or something. Its extremely weird, I'll feel like my stomach is really filled up and its very painful. It goes away after I burp till its 'fixed' I guess (I know thats disgusting, but just giving all the details I can).

Egh, I'm gross.
