| Nellus: The big key can be a little tricky to get. You have to push a block, and then a chest with the key will appear in the previous room. You'll a tune when you've pushed the right block.
Supa: There's an enemy holding that key, one of those that shoot fire. Try to kill them all . It's in the lower area btw.
Shall I start writing "spoiler txt" instead? Maybe some of you don't want to read what I'm writing :O. |

| It wasn't easy to beat Shiek's dungeon with 7 hearts, no armor or better shield, but here it is, next WIP done. http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/3617/Parallel%20Worlds.smv
Just a note... In Shiek's Hideout, there's a room with a lot of rupees in it. When you walk in there, the door will shut. And the other door is locked. So if you haven't got the book, you are stuck! Maybe a way to get out from there? =P EDIT: Bah, I uploaded the wrong movie... *remaking*. EDIT2: My latest bug so far: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/3618/WTF.smv This time... I have no idea what caused it... It has happened before. (edited by Tompa on 01-29-07 05:00 PM) (edited by Tompa on 01-29-07 06:21 PM) |

| First Parallel Tower is now beaten.
http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/3625/Parallel%20Worlds.smv Is it possible to kill Ganon with only regular arrows? If so... How many do I need? EDIT: It's now up to the second Parallel Tower. EDIT2: Ok, I'm at Ganon... But I have a question for the makers of the hack: Why is it a big key in Darunia's Cavern...? There isn't even a place where you can use it :O. (edited by Tompa on 01-30-07 04:26 AM) (edited by Tompa on 01-30-07 05:15 PM) |

| SupaFupa: Not yet, you must head to the Parallel Tower first.
Orochimaru: Same as Airen mentioned, SNES 9X v 1.43. About Darunia's Cavern.. During my both playthroughs, the door was opened... So I didn't need to get the big key=P. I would love to be a "glitch tester" in v 2 =). Euclid: Do you know why it is like that? It has only happened in Darunia's Cavern for me. Airen: Thanks that you like the wip's. I got a final one up to Ganon if someone interested. It's likely the same stuff as in the Ice World (And WTF is the ladybug doing on my keyboard?! nm...) Here it is anyway: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/3628/Parallel%20Worlds.smv About Saria's Gardens: I couldn't be arsed to go around to the orb once more... And I knew that the red boomerang could easily hit it, but it was quite tricky with the blue one. You need to stand perfect. And it's also a bit random. Sometimes it don't hit... Haha, I love my entry to Ruto's Fortress ![]() . Skipping a few rooms.
My run is far from perfect, I'm going to start a v 2 of it, I think... I may find even more glitches that could be fixed for the next rom version. Nellus: I guess you haven't got the right version either. I'm not using the latest 1.5 V, as I presume some of you do. 1.43 can be downloaded from here http://www.snes9x.com/news.asp. EDIT: I'm going to start my third playthrough, this time the second quest to see if I can find someone in the bonus dungeon, which I haven't played yet. I'm going to make some movies of all the glitches I can find, that no one has mentioned before. I'm also making vids of spots where you jump down a cliff and get stuck in things, bushes, rocks, walls, houses etc. Going to put them all in a rar file and upload somewhere. Also including where the sounds is a bit odd. (edited by Tompa on 01-31-07 05:10 PM) (edited by Tompa on 01-31-07 05:17 PM) |

| The other jewel is also in the Parallel Tower, you must climb up the whole tower once more, in the ice world. IT's rather annoying=P. | |||

| Yes, there's a good bee. I've found two of them. One that you can buy and one that came from somewhere else, I don't remember...
Killer7: Hmm, I've been thinking about it... But I couldn't be arsed to write that much, so I made the video instead. |

| Very long post and a lot of things to say! I can't really comment that much about it, more than the faq parts. =)
I'm starting my third playthrough at the moment. And I'm making videos of all the bugs I can find. And I can also make other kinds of walkthroughs, like the heart piece one. Explaining where they are and making screen shots and such. Shall I make some kind of a regular walkthrough as well...? Not sure that I can be arsed to it, and my English isn't the very best. But I might give it a shot. I prefer videos before writing .
But if you like, Nephalim, we can work with a faq together =). You can contact me at Tompa_1989athotmail.com if so. Orochimaru: Are you going to fix those kind of "bugs" when you jump from a cliff and land on a bush or rock or similar? I've been including those spots so far... Just wanted to know if it is neccesary or not. EDIT: I've started to make maps of everything in the game now . All houses, caves, dungeons etc. Going to take a year or two...
EDIT: I just realized that would be quite stupid... The update will include lots of maps changes, I presume. I guess I can edit those pics. (edited by Tompa on 02-02-07 10:58 AM) (edited by Tompa on 02-02-07 11:03 AM) |

| SupaFupa: Check this topic, and you will find out the locations of the keys. http://boards.gamefaqs.com/gfaqs/genmessage.php?board=588436&topic=33164469
Killer7: Here it is: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/3628/Parallel%20Worlds.smv It's more like a Speedrun/TAS than a walkthrough actually. But it shows how to beat quite a lot of the puzzles, location of the keys etc. It ends at Ganon, I haven't been arsed to kill him as it's very hard with my equipment . You need SNES 9X v.1.43, which can be downloaded from here: http://www.snes9x.com/downloads.html.
Nellus: I think you can get 2 keys left as well after that dungeon=P. Link2006: Here you go: http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g124/Tomtelala/NaboorusHole.png (edited by Tompa on 02-02-07 07:25 PM) (edited by Tompa on 02-02-07 07:26 PM) |

I wrote you an email, Nephalim. Not sure I wrote right email adress though, you can use mine else . I included some of the maps I've done already. I can do a 100% walkthrough video, that won't include those speedrun/tas tricks I did in my earlier video. |

| Have you gone to the Dwarfes and temper your sword? Do that, and then head to the Castle. | |||

| I think, not sure though, that you have to use the A Link to the Past U (!) rom when you patched the ips file. You did that? And did you download the emulator from the SNES 9X homepage? Or else, I don't know...
Oh, have you check so L+R/U+D is allowed? It has to. |

| If you have taken the blue boomerang, you can find a chest with 300 rupees in the dark world forest. That's the only rupees I can think of at the moment... But I'm sure there are more in the world. | |||

| Jigzilla: I presume you have found the room with the mysterious tablet? In the same room is a button which will make a wall disappear in the previous room. | |||

| Jigzilla: The Mirror Shield can reflect the lasers from the Eyes that are in Shiek's Hideout. There are more eyes though.
Those Fairy locations I know about, in the Icy World, are the one in ?'s house and in the Great Fairy Fountain, where you can get more arrows&bombs. More than that, you have to use you magic powder on the antifairies or kills certain enemies and hope that they will "drop" a fairy. You could go to Darunia's Cavern. You need to find the right exit from Impa's Ways. Rupees... Hmm. You can kill enemies that only drops rupees, there are a couple. And then there's house in Kakariko Village with a Mario painting you can pull, and 4 blue rupees will appear. I think it can appear green and red ones as well, have only got blue though. You get the 1/4 magic by throwing the Ether medallion in the Pond. |

chojinki: You need to climb the tower once more, in the light world, to get the Emerald. It's on the same floor as the Ocarina, quite close as well. If I remember correctly: You'll need to bomb a few walls, walk through a shut door and use the X button function a bit. Try searching .
There is not bottle in the tower. The locations are: 1. Seller in Misty forest (Light world). 2. The man who sleeps in the forest (Light World). 3. In the basement of the Church (Ice World). 4. In a cave above the Smithers (Or how it spells...=P) I can't help you with the Bombos though... But I'm sure someone else has a cheat code for it. |

| Blackmanta: I'm just copying what I wrote earlier in this thread:
The emulator doesn't matter. First, you need to find an A Link to the Past rom, V U (!). Download the ips file. Also, go to this webpage http://fusoya.panicus.org/lips/ and dowload the program so you can apply the ips file to the rom. Start the program and press Apply IPS patch. Look up the ips file and after that look up the A Link to the Past rom. If you have done it correct, you will now be able to play Parallel Worlds on the A Link to the Past rom (Which you can rename so you know which game it is.) If your problem won't be solved after this, I don't know what the problem may be... SupaFupa: I'll make you a video how to get to the place. *recording...* EDIT: Here it is: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/3752/Key.smv Hope you are able to watch it.
