A quick reply? Never heard it called Fast Reply before....

Its an alright idea but it would just be used to create a lot of spam as well. Plus how hard is it to click 'New Reply'?

I kinda like the idea.

Well, you could always download dcahrakos's admin panel 'plugin'.

Or you could always refer to the FAQ for setting up an acmlmboard.
