For SM, I just think "It's 10BPM less than M300 and I do that no problem."
I only recently been able to A it on oni though!

I have a code at 11A6F0 in Super Mario All-Stars, I set the JSR at 113F99, what should I enter?
I tried what you said but the game just froze and I KNOW the code works normally so...

Okay. Next time, say that first.
Then you have to do it manually. That's not too hard. Just set your windows calculator to hex mode (all numbers shown are hexadecimal)

ROM address = 11A6F0
-200 byte header = 11A4F0

SNES bank: 11A4F0/8000 = 23

Note that the calculator doesn't support decimals in hex mode, so it automatically rounds down.

Start of bank 23: 23 * 8000 = 118000
Bank address: 11A4F0 - 118000 + 8000 = A4F0

So, as my previous post showed, the SNES address is $23:A4F0
And, of course, Jump statements use reverse byte order, so the jump address becomes F0A423

And, to recap, here is how you convert from a ROM offset to an SNES address:

Most SNES ROMs have a 200 byte header. So, first you take the ROM address and subtract 200

SNES code is divided into 8000 byte banks. To find the bank number, divide the no-header address by 8000.

Finding the address of the code within the bank is a three-step process.
Step 1: Find the start of the bank (bank number times 8000)
Step 2: Find the offset of the code relative to the start of the bank (no-header address minus step 1)
Step 3: Add 8000. The actual game code is in the 8000-FFFF range within each bank. The purpose of the 0000-7FFF bank is a discussion that belongs in the advanced forum.

With this, you should be able to convert any address you need in the future.
And if you're half-decent with any programming/scripting languages, you should be able to whip up a replacement for LA without too much difficulty. I may make a PHP-based address converter myself sometime.
Thanks for the info, two last questions and I'm ready to go out on my own.
1. How does it work for ExHi/LoROM Games?
2. How does it work for NES Games?
and on a side note, I know nothing about programming languages.

Another good idea is to change the "block acts like" setting to 48, the always turning block. It retains the "passable" properties, and it won't glitch. I tested it and it works, I discovered this little flaw when I made my powerup related hurt/kill blocks.

I think this was discussed a bit in the archives, but I want to add a little more.
JonWil discovered that if you go to 0x6B792 and change F0 to D0, you can invert the Green and Yellow Switch Palace blocks (solid before the Switch Palce, passable afterwards). BMF discovered you also need to change 0x6BB43 to invert the Blue and Red Switch Palace blocks. Here's what I want to add:
0x6B7B7-6A-Green Switch Palace Block after you beat its Palace (always Map16 page 1)
0x6B7B8-6B-Yellow Switch Palace Block after you beat its Palace (always Map16 page 1)
0x6B7B9-6A-Green Switch Palace Block after you beat its Palace (always Map16 page 0)
0x6B7BA-6B-Yellow Switch Palace Block after you beat its Palace (always Map16 page 0)
0x6BB1A-6C-Blue Switch Palace Block after you beat its Palace (always Map16 page 1)
0x6BB1B-6D-Red Switch Palace Block after you beat its Palace (always Map16 page 1)
0x6BB1C-6C-Blue Switch Palace Block after you beat its Palace (always Map16 page 0)
0x6BB1D-6D-Red Switch Palace Block after you beat its Palace (always Map16 page 0)

EDIT: It even displays the correct tiles in Lunar Magic!

I mean, where else could jigsaw have gotten a surgeon to work for him from? especially one with a severe limp on his right side. and before anyone says, dr gordon was NOT seen in the bathroom at the end of saw 2, or the corridor before. the only 2 bodies seen in there are those of Adam and Zepp.

Spoiler:
Wouldn't he have at least picked up his foot? At the end of SAW II, you still see it there. Plus, he had a family to go to. They were never killed. But your reasoning makes A LOT of sense, I'm kinda pissed for reading this spoiler.
Who was that retarded chick that stuck her hands in the blade box? She sticks her first hand in, antidote falls apart and she can't get her hand out. What does she do? She sticks her other hand in.
What was Adam's mission in the first movie? He didn't get much going for him except an oppurtunity of death.

Lets look at this:
1/1=1
1/0.5=2
1/0.25=4
1/0.125=8
You guys are assuming that the smaller the denominator gets, the larger the number will be.
Lets say you go low enough to 1/0.0000000001=1,000,000,000
You're saying that after it decreases more (now we'll say zero), it would be that largest number possible, even infinite.
1/0=Infinity
But what happens if it were to still decrease? Will it get even higher?
1/-0.0000000001=-1,000,000,000
1/-0.125=-8
1/-0.25=-4
1/-0.5=-2
1/-1=-1
1/0 doesn't work because it's the cross between extremely large and extremely small.
Here's another example:
1/10=0.1
1/100=0.01
1/1,000=0.001
1/10,000=0.0001
This time, the larger the denominator, the smaller the number. If it were one divided by an extremely large number (infinity) it would be zero.
But look at its oppposite.
1/-10=-0.1
1/-100=-0.01
1/-1,000=-0.001
1/-10,000=-0.0001
The smaller the denominator, the larger the number. If this time it were one over an extremely small number (-infinity) it would once again be zero.
Look at the graph y=1/x. The asymptopes of the graph display were the function does not work. If anyone has a basic Algebra II education, they would know this. We've had professional mathematicians for the last 5,000 years, we know what were talking about.

Lunar Magic has a lot of crazy shit stuff going on.
Download a fresh SMW ROM from wherever you go.
Put it in Lunar Magic and exit without doing anything.
Load the ROM and jump to 0x7F2A0. There lies Lunar Magic's signature, in your ROM, when LM hasn't even done anything to it yet.

Spoiler:
When I was going through other Lunar Magic related stuff, I found this:
0x7F320: I am Naaal and I love fiiiish!
What the hell is that. Is Fu trying to hint us about something or what.
speaking of hints, open up the Lunar Magic help file and go to the section "About Overworld Editor." Here FuSoYa gives us a little poem.

I have no idea what F9 is.
F8 is the hack Fu put in Level C9 (i think) to stop the blue background for the Erase Data area.
I know nothing about the four dates.
I think the three keys he is referring to is the Ctrl+Shift+PgDn easter egg you put in the 8x8 and 16x16 tile editors, but I wouldn't bet my money on it.
Chelsea and ChibiMoon are the two pink haired girls.
"The World is Not Enough" is the star easter egg.
Anyone have any ideas what the other little hints are?
