If you meant my course, that was just a silly example that any course can be hella-hard in SM.
If you meant the flashing 10's in Legend Road, they're no problem to B on pad, or A (or even AA ).

You will need two block for this, one that enable the slippery level flag(by writing a non-zero value to 7E0086)and one to disable it (by writing zero to 7E0086)

Like the ones in Blocktool?

If so, I think I will use the slippery level block and surround it with the disable slippery level blocks, that way it's only slippery on that block, I'll try it out.

Just to let you know, level data starts around 30ADD (Level 105). You can use Lunar Magic's "Open Level Address" feature to figure out where level data is, as for the enemy data, I think it's around 60800ish...

Ohhh...
Well first, it started when I was playing SMBDX. I found the little pictures they had of all the sprites and objects, I drew them to my computer and started drawing my own levels. Four months later, my cousin showed me that you can play NES games on the computer with something called Nesticle. After a download, I was disappointed to realize the hell of finding something called a ROM. Two weeks later, I found a little site that had the non titlescreen version of Super Mario Bros. But when I played it, I couldn't get it to work on Netsicle, I evenually found a website called Zophar's Domain. There I found unoffical Nester. And hurra it worked! Anyways, I somehow found myself with SMB2 and 3 at a certain website. After a while I was growing board and discovered this thing called an ips at YY's website. But I didn't know how to use it because I was a total n00b! Eventually I gave up. A few days later I discovered Darkmazda's SMB3C website. He had a patch in .exe form. I used it no problem, his site was also mentioning Acmlm's Strange New Mario Bros. Hack. After seeing that my dream of changing the levels of SMB could come true, I was determined to figure out how to use it. I eventually found an ips patcher at Zophar's. A week or two later, Zophar also introduced me to the SMB Discombobulator. I was learning how to change levels. A year and a half later, I found out about a SNES editor and eventually Lunar Magic after seeing some SMW hacks. So now I was hacking SMW. But a month or so later, I was turned on to Hyrule Magic, so now it's Zelda III. After realizing how difficult this program was, I wanted to see if anyone had made a hack of this game, back to Zophar's... nothing. So I wanted to be the first perosn to make a Zelda III hack. But a month later, I wanted to be absolutely sure that I was the first to make one. After some Googling, I came across a hack called Tower of the Triforce, the source Acmlm's Board. After checking out the site, I finally decided to sign up, and well here I am as the profesional speler.

The sheik, who liked neither of these men to become the future husband of his daughter, came up with a clever plan: a race would determine who of the two men would be allowed to marry his daughter. And so the sheik organized a camel race. Both camel drivers had to travel from Cairo to Agrabah, and the one whose camel would arrive last in Agrabah, would be allowed to marry the sheik's daughter.

I would say, like ZTaimat, start with the overworld, this way you can get a feedback on what the events and secret exits will do. But if I may expand on that, add all the little hacks next (like LevelASM and the 1 Player Only Patch). Insert ExGFX before you start the level, this way, you don't have to cahnge the tilesets afterward. Delete all the levels with Ctrl+Del. Next, as you're building the levels, add custom blocks when you need them, don't just add every block in BlockTool to you're game right away. When you finish the level, fix the backgrond and finally, make the custom palettes.

Request: A block that hurts Mario regardless of Star Power.
Blocktool has a block that hurts Mario if he doesn't have a Star, and I made a block that hurts Mario only if he has a Star, but I can't combine them.

Question: Why do reloc offsets in Blocktool use hex while everything else uses decimal?

Your first problem causes the second.

The Item Box Star is in the secret exit of the Special Star World.
It will help if your caped Mario in this level. At the top of the beginning of the Star level, you will find a block surrounded by the Goomba Blocks, so you need to get a Koopa in your item box. Just be sure you make room around all the blocks so you wont trap the koopa. The block surrounded by the Goomba blocks has a key in it. When you hit it with the Koopa shell, be sure not to lose the shell, you'll need it in a second. After you get the key it, bring it down to the floor so you can easily grap it. Take the shell and go to the gap at the bottom of the level between the SMB3 Brick and the ! blocks, aim carefully for the top smb3 brick and if you hit it, out will come a blue POW. Hit it grab the key and run. Somewhere down the level, you will see a ?-block surrounded by coins. Hit it with your cape and out comes a star. Now you can zip through the pirhana plants no problem. Furthur down the level, you will find the keyhole. The exit will take you to a Mushroom house in the Cloud world. In there you will find a grey ?-block that will put a Star in your item box. This star can help you get through Boo World 6. After that, just put up with the hell of Boo's Tower.
