Hey I'm TheWandererLee, just requesting approval in case I decide to release a mod/program for one of the roms. I got a pretty good reputation creating programs, and modding Halo 2 (offline, I've never cheated anyone please don't start on that subject). I have two website at 13willows.com and fundmyfirstcar.com. Some of my programs can be found at the 13willows site, and posts at most halo modding forums. I don't spam or any of that, and I have good spelling and grammar so if that's important I got that too. I hope you will approve me even though I have few posts. I await your decision.

Hey I'm new here so flame away if this question is noobish...
I may have overlooked it but I was wondering where the geometry data for the level is stored. Please fill me in on this info or give me a link where I can find out how this game's level is designed a little more. I wanna say that I'm starting working on a SM64 editor, but most people who've said that got discouraged real fast when u told them how hard it was. However, if there is anyone that has alot of knowledge about the SM64 file format, (as it seems the head honcho VL-Tone is currently... who knows?), then please contact me, I could really use your help. EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. If I make any progress I'll be sure to let you guys know. (edited by TheWandererLee on 01-09-07 05:37 PM) (edited by TheWandererLee on 01-10-07 02:46 PM) |

Hey, I'm working on a SM64 level editor (yes I said it) and I was missing some information that I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find it or if it was even released to the public. I was wondering where are the level polygons x, y, and z coordinates stored. I already know alot, and I've already read through alot and VL-Tones hacking doc. I've found commands that load the level polygons and all that, but I can't seem to figure out what exactly the format is for the bytes which it loads. Haven't found a command that tells these coordinates anywhere, or in the Hacking Doc's geometry layout or polygon data commands. If you have any clue please let me know, I would be very grateful!
