what do you do after the invisible bridge in nayru's bay? There's some hole there, but it's out of my reach

Wall bombing ? That's one of the basics in Zelda games...

thanks
sorry, but that was not obvious. it didn't even looks like a wall, much less a wall you could bomb

I don't know, it was quite logical to me, I tried that right away... Besides, it's not the only thing you can do. If that one didn't seem obvious to you, then I guess you also missed some other optional ones like that... Also, you might not know you can knock your sword against walls, and depending on the sound it makes, you know whether you can bomb it or not.

i know about different sounding walls. just this didn't even look like a wall because there was that black space behind it. in every zelda game the wall has always been on the edge of the screen and there's nothing behind it. see, I thought it was a hole, I tried throwing bombs in it...

how do i get off the sky isles? I got the hookshot and killed the boss. only other place to go is the parallel tower, but I can't seem to do anything there. the cave I came through to come here closed behind me, I'm stuck

oh wait, I think i got it, I forgot you could break a stack of blocks with a dash. I thought you needed the second gloves for that

okay, this is gonna sound really dumb, but what does zelda mean by "push and hold the right shoulder and blue buttons" I've pressed R and held B and A, it does squat

okay, how do you get to the number 1 dungeon displayed on the map? I've been searching for hours and have found at least 4 of the other dungeons, but not this one

the boomerang works pretty good, you can get it off faster than the sword. you don't get the bow til later

the funny thing is, right after those knights, you gotta fight the moth boss. he's pretty easy though. I couldn't imagine playing this game without save states

okay, i just killed the boss of impa's ways and didn't even release it was a bonafide dungeon with a crystal in it. I missed the big chest too. I still cannot find dungeon number 1, there must be some warp or cave to it

edit: the map helped me get the big chest, thanks

there's actually a trick to that room, you can bypass all the spikes by just going left and hugging the lower wall. it takes so little time the guards wont even notice you

i'm stuck in ruto's fortress. in the tongue statue room. you can't pull their tongues (i've tried many times), and you can't go back since there was a one way hookshot maze. I still don't know even if I get past this room that i'll be able to get out, I heard you needed the fire rod.

what the hell do you do in the "bombs, boots and potions" room? the only thing i've been able to figure out is wall jumping off one of the hammer guys to the lamp. then the only way out of there is hammering the guy above you, then I'm stuck. I figure you have to not hammer that previous guy i just mentioned and wall jump off him, but I don't know how to get past.

As it turns out, I did get all three parallel tower keys, and backtacked just to make sure. I also went back to all 6 areas in both worlds with keys and I have opened all of the chests already.
Were there any besides the lake ruins one that aren't in chests (so maybe I thought i got it but I have to do something else)?
There is still a key door in parallel tower that I can't get past, even though I have checked and doublechecked all the key locations. What is going on?

ooh, the "boots" reference totally threw me off. I thought the only way across was wall jumping. thanks

also, i think there are way too many illusion doors in the game. the rule of thumb for new players is to NEVER trust a closed door and always try to walk through it

anyone know what the "secret" of the quake mediallion is?

and are there any trees that you can dash into so all their leaves fall off and there's a secret passage? cause I've tried dashing into almost every tree I find and have not found one

and one more thing, in the light world if you swim past the pyramid, you can go into a cave that has 3 pullable levers, apparently to release some water. each time i pull one I get a "wrong" sound, and I have tried all 6 permutations. I am completely baffled by this. maybe I already got a key from this room before, but I forgot. I do know that I never did anything correct with the levers

another thing, I can't figure out the trick with the R button. I know the one with the L button, but I can't get anything to work with R

how do you take the blue path in the dark parallel tower? I don't see how you can get past the 2nd room. this room has a big hole and two cane of somaria junctions.

more questions, how do you get the chest surrounded by blue blocks on level 5 of the parallel tower? I've tried falling into every hole on level 6, but I saw a teleporter to it. and that teleporter could be anywhere!

adezero:
Spoiler:
there is an extra "question mark spot" in the light world on that hole. which means you can stop at the top of the hole and get off your somaria platform. this "question mark" spot doesnt exist in the dark world parallel tower, only the light world one. or, like i said before you can just use the pegasus boots glitch to float straight over it. (activate turbo A button and hold it down, makes link levitate)

Spoiler:
thanks, but I knew that, my question wasn't how to get to the blue path, but how to get the chest. not the big chest that hold silver arrows. but the chest covered with blue blocks that you can only obviously get while taking the blue path. there's a warp portal to it that i can't find. I assume this is the third jewel which allows me to get the master sword. this is a pain in the ass, cause I tried fighting ganon and I couldn't do any damage. you need the master sword for it.

on another note, does anyone know the location of the second mushroom? someone said there are two mushrooms in the game. i think this might be the location of the bombos medallion, just throw the mushroom in the light world pond and the fairy will give it to you. of course, this is all speculation

acidtrap:
Spoiler:
up, right, left, up

eh, i can get up the parallel tower pretty fast now. I know it really well. one thing that really pisses me off about this mod is the overuse of flying floor tiles.

oh, and a bug that happens everytime i go from 5th to 6th floor of the parallel tower. the first time I take those stairs, I am always made to go back down them again. the 2nd time always works though
