Here's a recipe for onigiri, one of my favorite Japanese snacks ^^; This will make about 8 of them..

• 4 cups Japanese 'sticky' rice

• 1/4 cup dried bonito or katsuobushi flakes
  
• 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  
• 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
