BIOS files. You need the NEO-GEO BIOS to get started with them.

Simple Google for this too, btw. That's exactly what I did and I found it just out of curiosity. Apparently, '02 got supported just recently.

That's not all of it either. She morphs each time she hits on her Psychic 9. The finisher is one of those three shots. It's not easy timing either either. For that shot...

Eh, it did take me some time. I can do it easier on the keyboard than I can with a controller. She does the same move in '01 but it's better off as it does more hits AND you can juggle off the finisher.

The rest of her moves aren't too hard. Though, in '02, she does have a bitch-ass Hidden Super-Death Move (two gauges needed with 1/3 life). I can't do it on keyboard because it requires you to press all attack buttons at once.

And yea, SNES-variant-wise, she does the most hits in any given combo maximum. 48. I can pull it off without watching provided I combo broke and I hit the first hit of it right.

8000Hz, 8000bps is the minimum accepted for both OGG and MP3.

Using Goldwave, you can drop it lower...though at a low enough bitrate, the actual PITCH starts to deteriorate. I dunno, but I think Goldwave goes no lower than 1000bps (1kbps).

It'll probably be like that by default, but there's probably an option an unlock all option in the actual game itself. Wouldn't really make sense to have Beginner-Standard if it holds true to the old 'AA last Heavy' rule.

By the by, that person would be Yasu. He's probably one of your living legends of the game.
