You know, we've got our 8. I'm going to want to check this out coming up here pretty quick if not faster.

If we don't get a significant amount more, I figure that if we do this, it'll go double-elimination. If we actually hit the 16, it'd be single. Double, at least, would give a chance after a drop out so that we'll actually have some fun with this. I don't like the whole thing about 'oh shit I suck I'll drop out first round'.

I wanna have some fun with this. :\

Anyone think Isle Wars when they saw this?

Additionally, anyone remember that creator back in the 90s? (Bolo Ball?)

Considering I can play Xenogears trained on mine no problem with the new graphics card? Yea.

Went out SMOing again. Here's the highlight reel:

Blast from the past... - Honestly, if I ever release anything from DOD 1st, it'd be this one after a little tinkering. This chart is almost genius.

About time... - I really love LAB. I hate FCing it.

About time (part deux)... - Same for July, except I don't like the song that much.

God, so close... - This is completely unfair, me losing like this.

That's about it for now. I'll break 600 soon enough.

Pffehh...been through this stage once or twice.

It basically divies down to two ways of looking at it:

You can either look at your life as something that eventually reaches its peak and then, in some cruel twist of fate or joke, decides to erode in a very, very long and exhausting process until you're eaten from the outside in...ooorrr you can just completely negate the fact of what you look like on the outside and uh...live life.

It's about as simple as the latter really. Being concerned about stuff that's going to happen about forty or fifty years down the line (for most people) at your age does not concern you. You get faced with that any time soon, worry then and take it up with the afterlife.

Sides, I'm more worried about paying my car insurance than biting the big one.

This was some time ago, but I remember it clearly and never finding anything about it in any other game guide to the game, probably because it's not played that much. I was never able to replicate it but...

I was playing Top Gun: The Second Mission (also known as Dual Fighters) on the NES one morning and I guess I had hit a correct sequence (not the Konami code) or pressed something right when I loaded the cart because when I hit '1P Game' it brought me to a stage select screen to choose from any 3 of the missions. I've never since been able to get it to do it and I've never seen anyone mention how to do so since.

Being able to buzz ahead from the first two missions to the third was a nice thing to have when, at the time, I was getting my ass kicked when I hit the second one. God knows it took me a LONG time to figure out how to maneuver through that damned forest.

Yea, I saw that one last night and found this today.

The short answer to Taryn's question is it wouldn't. Why would Apple continue on its course of keeping something that isn't even in existence in 90% of the music that people download to their iPods or music players anyways? Making it more open would actually BENEFIT them because they would have a wider selection of players to share their songs with than just their iPods exclusively.

I think he'd be really bright to do away with it if it's possible. People will still buy legal music that can be downloaded and doing it this way will just expand their horizons that much more. They'll get more business and they'll get more money.

Does that completely solve the 'illegal music' problem? Course not. I doubt that will ever be fixed completely because, as Steve said, there's really no way that it will be fixed with the effect of smart people with a lot of time on their hands existing in the world (sorta like a majority of people who frequent this forum ).
