After using the same layout concept over and over again, I figured I may as well expand on what works.
|
Now I've got it to where it actually uses CSS transparencies rather well. I've got X to thank for the numgfx update to where you can use padded zeroes in statistics. The lower right has three layers where I was usually used to 1. This means that I can start using stuff like 3D images and not have to worry about the background behind it where as before I had to have it mimicked ahead of time and only got, really, a 2D approach of it. I mean...it's just wow...it's about time I did something about a dead layout really. Anyways...here's the rundown:

Speaking of that, DD seems to have his part to the file taken care of so now we're at CPU who should be getting another stage to the song in for us. I'll likely send it off to the one simpack afterwards ON TOP OF ULing it to BMS. Those two'll get credit for it as well as me.

Last time I checked, I had a 137 and it wasn't one of those 'net based' ones. Some Matricies test or something...

Never get on a dance machine in dress pants and earth shoes. It's funnier than hell padding hard ITG 9s when you're slipping. Least I got an 85% on Driven. By the by, X, if you keep at that...you'll have a better parsing system than both BMS and ITGfreak.

I'll probably get back to work around New Year's. The big thing I've got right now is that I'm housesitting until Saturday. I think I should have the first off and I know I have Friday off but I'm, again, housesitting. :\

If you're having to use BMS's system, you have to limit the entire filesize of the archive to 10 megs unless you pay such and such more a month for 30 megs. The reason I mostly stray from video usage is the overhead that it puts on your simfile playing. In my case, with my 1GHz, it drops my framerate by half, at least. I played BREAK DOWN one time at 10-15 FPS and the only reason I didn't AAA it was because I missed a freeze, I green flagged it. Now that is tough.

It's not that I'm not capable of doing vids with mine, I've done it before, but I'd rather do subtle background changes that aren't going to impact heavily on file performance. Videos, unfortunately, do that unless you have a top of the line system. Besides, half the time they're a damne distraction that takes away from me AAAing. ![]() (restricted) |
