No way dude, my friend has had a bowflex for a few months now and he is gettin some fast results. The advantage is that you have to stabalize yourself, if your just liftin heavy weight on it and wobbling all over the place your gonna hurt yourself.

Also I eat alot of meat, and vegetables. I dont really diet but I try to eat healthy enough to have energy to work out with.

No clue Ive never measured em, they could be bigger but Ive done low weight and alot of reps for a while now, theyre hard as rocks =P
