(Think about it: what kind of area would fit another Gun Yolk, the mammoth things from Star Hill, the jester from Booster's Tower, the undead box-with-arms, and one of the radish enemies?)

As for Mario Advance 5... I dunno. An upgraded port of Mario RPG could be pretty good.

Wasn't that used in one of the endings? I know there was something like that in the GB version...

Wasn't she on Daily Show at one point? I somehow remember the title "Inseminated by Two Black Men 5" from an episode of that.

And... uhh... Am I the only one who finds the number of sequels listed on that page disturbing? There were several things numbered 5...

I may just be being nitpicky, but... cancerous cells are still made up of living tissue, and they still have a brain, no matter how twisted in purpose.

You can actually do that in the DS version with Luigi without cheats... I think it still does the freaky water on/water off thing, even.

Waitwaitwait... When did such feelings about people suddenly become purely the domain of one political group? It IS possible for conservatives to get certain feelings off of people without being able to thoroughly explain them, too, you know.

And Vyper: Do you like the KKK? If not, you're a bigot too.

Live metals.

Either way, this looks pretty good. And it's not so much a crossover as it is a sequel, in much the same way that the X-series came after the original series, the Zero series came after the X-series (why no comparisons to this one? The Zero games were awesome.), and the Legends series came after Zero/this one.

And yes, i too want to be able to run around killing stuff as Harpuia... Or Model HX, as it is in this one.

(In case nobody caught it in the middle of that paragraph: The storyline goes Original -> X -> Zero -> ZX -> Legends. BN is a seperate universe/continuity.)

In Zero, Zero, X and Phantom die. Some indeterminate time later, Harpuia, Fefnir, and Leviathan are destroyed. The "Live Metals" could probably be considered to be their remains, if anything.

And the hell that was developing was changed by Zero's sacrifice to save what was left of humanity. (More importantly, the fleeing humans loved X. They disliked Zero and Ceil's group, as they saw them responsible for putting the human Weil in charge of Neo Arcadia. The Guardians were never seen or mentioned in the fourth game, so... who knows about them.)

And if I'm not mistaken, Battle Network was confirmed to be a seperate continuity by the people at Capcom. If nothing else, the presence of both Dr. Light (Lan's grandfather, deceased) and Wily in a time with no real robots in the classic sense would seem to imply it.

You can do lots of things like that. What would you be considered for auto-fellatio? I know it's probably almost completely irrelevant, but I have to wonder.

EDIT: I know I'm neglecting women with that one. If nothing else, auto-cunnilingus is still just a hypothetical and has yet to be actually seen.

This looks... really impressive. It'll be cool to have it finished. Of course, when it is, I'll probably fiddle around with it for a few minutes before winding up distracted and messing with something else, but... umm... Lost my point there.

Looks really good. If nothing else, now all the people who complain about the map not correctly matching the old ones will be able to actually fix it.

The equator is the arbitrary line that happens to be halfway between the poles. For it to be on the pole and still retain its warmth, it would mean the planet's axis was tilted WAY out of its ordinary position, and that's very unhealthy. Especially since that part of the planet would be baked by constant warmth.

Of course, having it vary in position would fit with the possibility of a slightly tilting axis, but anything too far would have massive ramifications.

I think I can answer the first one, but don't take my word too seriously... From what I understand, you mainly just have to repoint the text to a blank spot in the ROM. If there is no blank space long enough for the text, you'll have to expand it. Of course, if the text doesn't work with the display system (I'm guessing there's some way to fit long strings onscreen native to the game), then you'll have to do something more drastic, but that seems unlikely.

...In this case, it may have been better to refrain from posting while drunk. He's talking about using the Luigi sprites from All Starts + World rom, which are... different from just being Mario in green.

Not sure what's wrong, though.

I didn't play X6 far enough to reach the end... if nothing else, Metal Shark Player's level left a bad taste in my mouth.

X5 was fun... and what Gecko mentioned about the original series references was pretty good... but for some reason, it all got forgotten in the sequels. It's disappointing.

Although, on another note, lighting Sigma's cloak on fire in X4 was incredibly amusing.

Skydude's right. There's no telling how many old keyboards/monitors/etc. floating around my house, all that still work. Pretty much guarantees that I won't get stuck into one of those "Oh no! Broken computer! I can't work on it for a month until I get a new keyboard/monitor/etc." moments.

Actually, that could be a bit confusing to try to do, since a single mouse coordinate could map to several 3d ones.

Wouldn't that have a lot to do with having the webpages that always have/always will be coded for IE-users not, you know, completely choke and die? No matter how many people switch from browser to browser, there will always be a LOT of people with IE, meaning a lot of websites will still completely ignore standards and go with that. And personally, I think I'd prefer to be able to still read them.

Oh, and dealing with websites that kick you off for not using FF... There are a bunch that already do that for IE. What's the difference?

Nonsense. It's cool to hate, right? I mean, you could spend time getting to know someone and understand their problems, but... isn't it so much easier to just go "OMG EMO LOLZ"? I mean, heaven forbid there should actually be a HUMAN BEING there, right?

...I've never really been one to laugh at things like that, sorry. The suicide like a man thing was amusing, but that's mainly because it was satirized to the point where it doesn't even resemble reality any more. Just going up to someone who seems sad or depressed and yelling at them doesn't appeal to me, especially since I tend to expect to be the one being laughed at.

(Oh, and that thing about "get laid or shut up", I don't see how sex would help in that situation. I think it would probably wind up making someone feel even more empty inside, and only worsen things in general. But... that's only if they're how they are for similar reasons to how I was. Which was something ridiculously stupid, but... yeah.)

Actually, Metal Shark Player's level is REALLY hard if you go the wrong way without the right part, since it then decides to save your progress at a point where you can do nothing but jump off the side and die. Fun, right? And SO easy to get past if you don't know it's there...

...Of course, I do rather like the two opening songs for X6. "Moonlight" and "The Answer" both have a happy home on my computer... Even if a full song got condensed to roughly 10 seconds on the game itself.

Oh, and the one main complaint people make about X6... why the hell did they put a move in which Zero attacks straight down onto up+square (circle?)? Makes it INSANELY frustrating to try to get past the little hanging bars while attacking things.
