| So much for "Can't wait until the weekend", huh? Evidently, a quiet week leads to a quiet weekend... | |||

| This may be a very stupid idea, but it seems to me that if they're completely extraneous, you could possibly use them to put in some of the narrower letter pairs to get what vaguely resembles a less-than-16x16-font and cram more into the boxes without too much work.
Of course, there's the slight issue that it could look less professional if you did that, but... It's possible. ("T h e li m it"... Okay, it'd probably be a bad idea. But it's still out there, one way or the other.) |

| I think I've seen this one before.
(I'm assuming it also doesn't happen in any of our user names?) Spoiler: You could always put it in comment tags, mentioning that in the post itself. But it seems awfully silly to do that for such a trivial and diminutive thing as this. |

| *sigh* This has been on every incarnation of the board so far. Usually in Craziness... Why did it have to get put into general this time? | |||

| People who never put thought into what consequences their actions may entail, but then seek sympathy when said consequences occur. (For instance, forgetting about promises made to friends, then complaining when those friends get mad over the broken promises.)
Oh, and the ones who resend chain letters, or repost them, or whatever else. |

| Following with Xk's line of reason, even if it is generally considered weird, it's not hurting anyone besides those he stole from. It's not like he's raping children or something...
Not going to claim to understand how it is myself, just going to say that a few of the responses here seem a tad... overblown? Basically, saying that this guy --> incredibly sick is like saying that the sun is incredibly green. (edited by Skreename on 10-25-06 03:34 AM) (edited by Skreename on 10-25-06 03:37 AM) |

I personally consider this particular technology to potentially being of great use in studying things, particularly living ones. If something's completely invisible, the subject won't be able to respond to its presence. Of course, this unfortunately opens up the risk of spying by whatever group on whatever other one, but meh. Nothing can be without downsides. |

| You have to keep in mind the wide range of paraphilias and fetishes. When compared to all of them, things like this are tame in a way, considering that the subject is at least humanoid.
I don't consider businesses in Japan to be a particularly good way of judging things... But I suppose their openness on such matters is not harmful, allowing far more insights than a more closed society would have. |

| It may be better that post is not the one that you join on. The word includes both a D and a U, neither of which is in GROPE.
I think the fact that asdf appears to be right may protect you from the penalty, but be more careful in the future. (I didn't overstep any bounds or anything with this, did I?) |

Last I checked, they don't make ones that anatomically-correct for stores... Unless you include various other things in the definition. |

| Were the Kanto badges ever shown in G/S/C? If not, all you'd have to do for that is store which ones you have in memory somewhere to be called in whatever appropriate events. Even fits in one byte.
Orange badges would be similar, only with half as much taken up. I'm assuming, of course, that there's a decent amount of available RAM for such things. (That sounds reasonable, right? I'm not that experienced with Pokemon stuff.) |

| I love how it sounds like they're talking about either HDTV or Blu-Ray movies or some new wave in photography until they suddenly admit they're talking about games. And then cut to something that's obviously not as real as what they're trying to say it is.
I'm saddened by the lack of MASSIVE DAMAGE. Unless that's what you want to count all those explosions as. Although they do get credit for massive feather content. |
