Ah, I see. I supposed it makes a little sense, but nevertheless, I believe that all "letter/number/symbol before colon" emoticons look extremely awkward. There are few exceptions to this, of course, not nmaing any as they all escape my mind at the moment.

Think of it more as a frown with mouth open. Like you're shocked, bu t unhappy about it at the same time. Much like how : D (space intentional) is a smile with mouth open.

God is weak to fighting-type Pokémon!

Unless, of course, you equip one of those plates to him that changes his type.

I'm definitely going to have to pick at least one of the the games up when they come out here. They look VERY interesting.

I have a cat that looks like a fatter version of the right-hand one in ||bass' picture.

And then I have an 8-year old cat that I consider a kitten, because he still acts like one and has a cute face.

Xk: You do realize how hard it is to catch a cat awake and in a good position to photograph, right?

Two things, since they're all I feel qualified to speak on.

Yes. Yes it is.

Where is our freedom of speech. Why can I not say what I want, Example I cannot go up to my teacher and say fuck you. Because the word fuck is deemed wrong and immoral. (Note please do not ban me from this board for using the word fuck it is merely an example).
Was the idea of freedom of speech not meant to protect offensive words?
Or has the state once again contorted the constitution to meet their own needs?
Maybe I am in the wrong when I say this but when I hear the words freedom and speech, I think hey that means I can say what I want. But alas this is not the case.

You do realize that freedom of speech is waived in schools, right? Same way as that whole search and seizure thing. Oh, and the completely obvious second amendment thing. Take a gun to school, see how they treat you. It's protected under the constitution, right?

(I'd cite the actual case for the free speech waiver, but it's been 2 years and I've forgotten which one it is.)

Basically, schools are allowed to waive probably a good 3/4 of the Bill of Rights.

A Time Gem sounds very, very charming. Especially since I still have an unused of everything else.

(Now to hope someone with more than 2 points falls idle so I can nab it with a juxtapose... Assuming that's legal.)

I don't like small dogs. I'd be scared senseless if I wound up with a fully-grown dog that weighed less than my (very fat) cat.

Thankfully, my dogs are much bigger than that.

And yes, cats can wake people up when they want to. Just ask my dad, who (back when the cats were locked in the room with them) would be regularly woken up at 6 AM by a cat purring loudly in his ear or walking up and down his side.

It's either 100% smaller, or 100% more small. More smaller is incorrect.

Bethel v. Fraser. Familiar with it?

No right is an absolute. Just look at all the times that the 10th Amendment gets (for all intents and purposes) ignored or overruled.

Or, failing that, ask yourself if child pornography should be legal. If no, you've proven my point.

Converting TO Kelvin, not from...

K = C + 273.15

Similar enough, but different form.

I take issue with the current question. Fatty acids are chains of Carbon and Hydrogen, yes, but they have a COOH group, too. And Oxygen is neither Carbon nor Hydrogen.
