| To be fair, Fusion mainly just has the whole brown + rocky thing going on, so it's not so hard to get things similar to it. The background in it's pretty good in that game in my opinion; doing something somewhat similar to it probably wouldn't hurt too much. | |||

| Wouldn't there be a problem with trying to overlap the new block-sprites with normal blocks? Not much of an issue for solid blocks, I know, but I'm sure there are cases in which it could be significant.
(I haven't done too much with it so I don't know all the nuances, so I may not be completely accurate with it...) Otherwise, it sounds decently good. Glyph Phoenix's idea sounds a bit better, but.. that's okay. |

| There's a slight difference between completely covering something up (implying denying it when possible, etc.) and just failing to mention it. It's a guarantee that there are things Jesus did which aren't mentioned in the Bible; supposedly one of the apocryphal books actually had a case where he was suspected as having pushed one of his friends (when he was very young) off a building, for instance. Some things are considered more worthwhile than others, so some (irrelevent to the message) things may get left out. | |||

Oftentimes, the myth is more important than the man behind it. Don't forget the most important thing: Jesus was human, as well as divine. Mistakes happen. If you do something that winds up hurting someone, did you intentionally try to do it? It's possible to make mistakes, and people who will persecute for the simplest ones are a reason a lot of the less solidly-grounded things are written in. |

| I think the suggestion is actually to add the header when you're messing with the graphics, then remove it again when you're going to edit in EggVine. It's a bit irritating, but should be bearable in the long run.
Unless the problem remained when you removed the header again. Then... I don't know. |

| Which ones, though? Not all vegetables are alike, as not all fruits are alike.
I personally like oranges, cucumbers and tomatoes for fruits... As far as vegetables go, carrots are decent (been a while since I had one, though), although I enjoy broccoli and caulifower when cooked. EDIT: Bananas and strawberries, too, but my family never winds up eating all of either of them when we buy them before they go bad... (edited by Skreename on 06-10-06 11:41 PM) |

| Probably the best solution is to manually add/remove 0x200 bytes at the start of the rom. SNESTool does something weird when you tell it to add a header... looks like it replaces the first 200 bytes instead of adding them. It's fine for removing them, though. | |||

| Okay, I may be weird, but I don't think that's dealing directly with sex. Seems more precisely related to wet dreams and the like. Either way, it's not a very useful quote.
(As for what Silvershield said, lets not forget the parts forbidding mixing fabrics/crops/etc, eating shellfish, and various other things.) |

| I personally have to wonder what's being gained by censoring "rapist". How it is confused me as to what was being blocked out, since typically one stars out the offensive part, and I don't really consider "pist" to be that. Hmm.
Anyway, as stupid as I find this idea, I think the point is the massive absurdity of it. He's NOT claiming that rape is a good thing. All he's doing is putting it in to the extent that it's no longer really visible as actually being possible; it's just... there. Do I find it funny? No. Do I think it's contributing to the community? Not really. I'll never play it, since I find things like that stupid, but... I'm not going to jump down his throat about it. |
