| I think it's typically defined by long periods of inactivity only broken up by occasional (single) posts, but while in the inactive periods still reading the board actively. Most non-posters wouldn't qualify since they tend to stop reading the board.
Also, as far as I'm concerned, trying to draw attention to how much you DON'T post is rather silly, to say the least. |

| Actually, I think the main issue with a design like that is the number of "HOW DO I USE THIS TOOL" posts that the mods will have to deal with if it's released. I know it's possible to deal with them, but would they really want to?
Console applications like that ARE rather easy to use, though... But some people are tragically stupid. |

| Definitely got to agree with Tarale. Spam is irritating, at best. Depending on the individual, threats can be anywhere from mildly annoying to being... well... very scary. Too much potential from them.
Swearing is rather minimal. While it's kinda disappointing (and definitely not amusing) to see people who can't help but talk in ONLY swear words, it's not like it's that offensive to me... Others, it's hard to say. |

| ...When did the 3D Rage Pro come out? I think it's INSANELY old... Meaning there's a chance it won't work with hardware accelerated OpenGL.
(If I'm not mistaken, that card was one of the ones directly preceding the very first Radeon.) |

| Ugh... that reminds me of that one question someone posted about what their minipic was... It was an 11x11 animated gif of people having sex. Not people that small, but a graphic shrunk to those dimensions. It was... weird.
And as far as commie-Mario World goes, you're talking about a character who essentially looks like a more kid-friendly version of Stalin. Try to keep that in mind. |

| I have to ask... how much of a head start would you be getting on your classes? While it can be nice to get a few out of the way, I can definitely understand the joy of having a bit of time to prepare yourself.
How exacltly does the "lower tuition" thing work? It doesn't quite seem to make sense to me, but... yeah. Either way, both sides have their perks. I'd personally probably take the last (easy) chance to hang out with my friends, though. |

| Okay, two things: First, the line "To my mistake" doesn't quite make sense to me, and second, the characters' tendency to stand IN the floor is a bit odd.
Otherwise, it doesn't look bad. It may help a bit to make the text markers for Hookbill a color other than black (they're hard to see), though. |
