As long as you can stay positive, there can still be a next time. Exams can be tough sometimes... There's no shame in bombing a few.

Okay, just a quick note... I'd suggest you not do the whole
random returns
every few words.
It's annoying
to read.

A few of those look rather hard... But it could be related to not being able to tell which of the heart tiles will give you shots. It's still rather cool that you're doing it, though.

Yeah. You haven't done it too much yet, but... just the few times you've done it are a bit annoying.

Use returns for when you're trying to say something different, or for splitting seperate paragraphs. Never, EVER in the middle of a sentence.

You have to remember all the Golbat/Graveler/Rapidash/etc. in the regular games. The point isn't to not have evolved ones in the wild; it's to have them NOT 15 levels below where they actually evolve. (The Pidgeotto in yellow are a special case; there's no good reason for them to be there at level 9, but... they did.)

I think that would matter a LOT more if it wasn't already legal there. The fact that it was means that no matter how much some people may not like it, for the time being it happens.

Joe, a hypothetical parent, is personally opposed to abortion. However, abortion is currently legal. Therefore, Joe must teach his children that abortion is acceptable.

I disagree.

You're dragging the issue away from how it actually is.

In this case, Joe, the hypothetical parent, has to allow his children to know that abortion happens, whether it's acceptable or not. Or would you prefer that people not know that what they disagree with exists?

The issue isn't what it is, it's how easy it is for other things to be considered as such. It's hard to tell the difference between that and infatuation, for instance.

So... It gets a hearty "I don't know" out of me.

That question about whether animal lives are more important than human ones... Isn't entirely valid. If we don't drill there, our life STYLE may be hurt a bit; if we do, their LIVES will. What's more important: Living in non-self-sufficient comfort, or living at all? The concern about drilling in Alaska is that it's in a wildlife preserve; as in, a place the animals are meant to be able to live without being hunted/etc.

It's too easy to oversimplify things in the matter. That's... a bad thing, needless to say.

I don't think the only issue is that terrorists would break in and kill everyone (thus defeating their own purpose; who's the victor when everybody's dead?), but also that just having such a stockpile would be seen as an excuse for other countries to do the same. Who are we to say that nobody should be allowed chemical weapons if we have more than the rest of the world combined?

And I don't think 475 million is that much for such a project.

The point is more that we HAVE 5000 threads; the 5000th thread itself is trivial. Much like winning a million dollars; is the millionth dollar so much more important than the first?

Fangs, claws, chainsaws... lots of things. I know it hurts, but... life's not over. I'm not going to tell you just to get over it; nor am I going to tell you to try to fill in the gap with something else. You mainly just have to remember that life still has meaning; you can still have happiness.

Just... be really careful. Situations like this are the ones in which people tend to be the most vulnerable.

No, it's not. That's one of those names that people make up just to try to make you feel dumb.

And, unfortunately enough, Celice is right with that answer... Even if the stuff is REALLY tedious to copy.

Heh... Being able to alter the environments in Kirby sounds awesome. Like an extension of the cannons and rope, only... more... stuff... Still, it's something that I'm looking forward to.

Star Fox DS DOES look a bit like StarFox 2... Interesting.

Hmm... Brilliant! Not only are you assuming that people would WANT to provoke a conflict with someone who would win, you also consider having a ship (which a country owns) being hijacked to be a victory... for that country? Umm...

No offense... but the trees could use some work. Something about them just looks a bit... off. Perhaps lightening them up a bit would help?

The problem that I see is mainly that it's hard to tell that they're trees... Too much black.

In a way, "creepy" could be good. It's definitely a unique way of changing the atmosphere of the game without changing the style too much... Mario kinda prides itself on faces that shouldn't exist.

A lot of online games will purge inactive characters after a certain amount of time... 90 days seems to be a popular amount. As always, it depends on the company and how much server-space they have.

As to whether or not the games are pay-to-play or not, that depends directly on the financial standing of the company. Blizzard can almost always be assured of making BOATLOADS of money from selling games, and as such can afford to eat the money for the servers, typically. Of course, it doesn't hurt that they're almost all connected, so... yeah. WoW was an exception, of course.
