Nintendo made that mistake too with a Hey You Pikachu screensaver in which the HYP logo never actually moved.

I think the GBA graphics system was at least inspired by the SNES, but other than that there's no real relation among any. They just use the best hardware they have that can make a decently powerful, reasonably priced handheld.

Oh, this is good. A while ago I hacked a certain "019 board" to leave some not-so-friendly messages to tell the owner to stop spamming me about it on AIM. (Didn't delete or anything. ) I used an account called "It's-a Me, Mario" to do so. This looks like an attempt by him to frame me... but he got the name wrong. XD

Also, check out the errors when you try to view the user's posts.

Last time I heard this discussed I think the decision was that most of the board is suitable for this purpose already.

You mean the CD/DVD drive? Check that it's connected properly and tightly. If it won't open at all, stick a paper clip in the hole that should be near the eject button to open it manually, and if there's a disc in there, remove it. (Then you'll probably want to replace the drive.) Also see if the computer boots without the drive connected.

Of course, check floppy and hard drives too.

The GBA doesn't have any native 3D hardware, but has scaling and rotation of backgrounds and sprites. It's also ~4x as fast as the SNES and has twice as much RAM, and the carts can be much bigger, so software 3D is slightly more feasible than it was on SNES.

The Triforce in LTTP would consist of maybe 24 triangles, with no textures, lighting, hit detection etc, so I think a stock SNES could probably pull it off if it weren't too busy.

Mew being caught in R/B/Y was an exploitation of the same programming error (more specifically, tileset design error) that allowed Missingno. to be encountered.

Anyway it looks like this may have been a beta menu that they removed, but rather than actually removing it, they just moved the button to position 0,0 and made it 1x1 (possibly unable to make it 0x0). Notice the glitched graphics when you touch it.

I was just outside the school going to get lunch and some kid ran by and told me world war 3 was starting. I didn't belive him until I got to the store and saw a TV.

Honestly I think most of the buzz about it is BS. Too many "coincidences". And now they're making a damn movie out of it.

There's a reason funny things happen if you link to Funpic.

When you touch the secret button you can see some glitched graphics flash really quick in the corner.

I thought it was a quirk in the battle routines dealing with trainers, since the Missingno. glitch couldn't create a Mew without your name featuring characters not available ingame.

Ah, right, you had to exploit two glitches to get Mew. The Missingno. bug and a bug in the "trainer walks to player" routine. Either way it's not intended behaviour.
(Or am I thinking of some other glitch? I can't recall just how that glitch goes. )

Frankly, the stats don't lie; less than 3000 people died on that September 11th, and more than 3000 civilians have died in Iraq in the last month. So, are you all mourning the Iraqis who did nothing wrong but died the same as the Americans? No? Oh, okay. I'm sure Iraqi citizens didn't ask for daily aerial attacks, tanks rolling through their cities, or the probability of being taken by American forces to Guantanamo Bay without warning at any time. Same as those in the WTC didn't ask to get incinerated and destroyed along with those crumbling towers. It is my opinion that this whole nation needs to move on.

Thank you. Like I said, way too many coincidences to believe everything. I'm not going so far as to say it's all a huge conspiracy but I honestly doubt it was just a random act of terrorism.

Also, screenshot.

Just copying the answers posted here is a bad idea. It'd probably be considered plagarism, hence, if the teacher Googles them you're boned.

Alright, another quick question. How can I embed HTML in an XML document, and have it displayed in the output using XSL? For example:

<note>this is <i>italicized</i> text</note>

I use XSL to display the contents of "note" nicely, but it ignores the HTML within and just displays "this is italicized text". How do I make it treat the contents as an HTML block, and thus actually italicize the text?
If nothing else can I at least put line breaks in somehow? <br /> doesn't work.
