If I may ramble...

1/0 = 0.

Consider: The equation x/y = z means if you divide x into y equal groups, they will each contain z pieces. To divide something into 0 groups would mean that it ceases to exist. Because there are no groups, they contain no pieces.

Similarly, 0/0 = 0, because you divide nothing into groups of nothing and thus end up with nothing. Half of nothing is still nothing.

Still not confused? Throw i into some equations.

[edit] Also, something fun I noticed when mucking around with OpenGL: If you give any vertex any coordinate which is the result of x/0 (where x is anything), the vertex will be placed in an undefined position. I haven't examined it much but it looks like it stretches toward some point infinitely far away. It's kinda neat. You can follow it toward this point forever and it will never shrink as it would if it were actually coming to a point. (Imagine you had a giant star; as you move toward one of its points, the piece which stretches out to this point gets thinner and thinner until it reaches that point - this piece won't.)

I tried going naked once, but I'm just too used to having a shirt on. It felt weird.

'this' is just a pointer to the class itself. I imagine you could use it, but you don't need to. XML is global. I don't think it's a problem with the function that calls Reset(), because the last output is "Close file...", right before the fclose() call (and the output right after fclose() doesn't occurr - removing it doesn't help either, so it's not the problem).

The annoying part is it doesn't give any exception. The program just closes and returns some random number.

Well, obviously that's not what happens.

I'm not the only one who thinks HP sucks. There used to be a link on badgerbadgerbadger.com where I'd posted details about mine, but I can't find it anymore.

How? We have so many games with much less memory and we have only scratched their data. This is a two megaybyte (i think) game and we almost have it all figured out? Super Mario World is a 1/2 meg game and we have very little figured out. Well I admire your dedication!

OK... first of all, when was the last time you read the SMW forum? Second, I think he meant 99% of what data would be needed for this purpose. And third, SMRPG has been hacked because it's popular and rawks.

You'd think so... How about the printer? It was messed to begin with, and never worked right. Also, my school uses HPs. They're twice as fast as mine, CPU-wise, and take literally 10 minutes to do anything.

Let me repeat the specs. WinME, 5200RPM 20GB hard drive, 800mhz Celery CPU, 100 watt power supply. These things do not make a computer, they make a junk drawer.

The only thing on that huge, very annoying bar is a red '^' that doesn't do anything.

Well, yes, you want to test in as much as possible. That doesn't count.

As far as blocking IE, though, that's a bit extreme. People may not have a choice, like if they don't own the computer. My stance is that if you want to use IE, go ahead, but don't bitch if things don't work/look right. I know for a fact my site looks like shit in IE, and I don't care, since it looks fine in browsers that actually interpret HTML properly. (I do add a small notice mentioning that IE sucks if it's detected, though. It links to a site promoting several alternatives - not just FF!)

That depends. Are you trying to view a directory on a server or your hard drive? Or are you setting up a site? AFAIK no server system will give you a directory listing if an index page exists (unless you trick it somehow); it's a bit of a security concern. However, when I view my own HD in lololol via file:///, it always lists them.

If you want to set up a directory that still lists its contents with an index page, I think .htaccess has such a setting. Or you could rename the index page.

Yeah, fixed it. Linky was causing it.

...Actually, looking through the list I somehow have Linky V2.6 and 2.71. 2.6 is still enabled and working fine. *uninstalls 2.71*

As for how many, I was actually going to post a list soon. Need to install the extension first, though.

BTW, extensions that are disabled due to version incompatibility will still auto-update, right? There's a fair number that are.
