| If you do must of the stuff mentioned in this thread it's just going to get worse....
If it's a one time thing, you body could get rid of it on it's own, but if it's reoccurring, you're going to have to get antibiotics eventually. If you end up taking them, just be sure that you take all of it and don't stop them once you think it's better. If the sore throat is bothering you, gargle with salt water. It hurts at first, but it really does help afterwards. |

| I'm curious on why you think that porn is a "problem". Yes, there are stupid teenagers who go around sleeping with anything with a heart-beat and don't use protection and spread STDs, but that is more of a horny-teenager-stupidity problem as a whole and not a porn problem.
Do I look at porn? Yes. (Well, yaoi anyways, close enough, I've got no interest in watching some blonde with caked on makeup pretending to enjoy herself. Eww.) But does that mean I think guys are sex objects and are only here for my pleasure? No. There is a difference between enjoying porn, and having it change how you view the other/same sex and the act itself. Sex is both emotional and animalistic, and I find no point in trying to say that it's all one way or the other. It all depends, you can be with the person you are married to, and whom you deeply love, but that doesn't mean that every time you have sex it's going to be an emotional experience. I can have a huge amount of respect for my partner, but at the same time be doing things like BDSM. It sounds like your brother is just a normal teenage guy. Of course he's going to look at porn. (Sure some guys don't, but most do). I completely fail to see how that is a problem. I mean, if he was looking at kiddy porn, then sure, that would be bad, but otherwise, it's really none of yours or your parents' business. I don't mean this as an attack, but you seem kind of sheltered. I understand what you mean about finding people you're emotionally attached to attractive though. I've liked people in the past that may not have been that great looking, but the more I liked them emotionally, the sexier they appeared to me physically. It happens with a lot of people, and is completely normal. It's just another way how the animalistic and emotional aspects of sex overlap. To get back to the question in the poll, It depends. | Physically, I love my stomach. I'm kind of between it being flat and having a slight six pack, which is good, because I think a really muscular stomach would look weird on me. One thing I don't like is my back....I'm too thin, so I have calluses on my back where my spine is, caused by sitting in uncomfortable school chairs.
Emotionally, I like the fact that I can read people. If I walk into a room, I can immediately tell the mood each person is in, and how they're feeling. And because of it, if they're happy, I'll be happy, or if they're sad, I'll be sad too. At the same time that's bad, because I get really anxious in crowds, or around people who are upset. |

It's kinda funny though, because I don't think of the stuff I listed as being weird/scary. It seems completely normal to me. I'm always looking for new and interesting things. | I'm really proud of you for doing this It's always a lot harder to loose weight when you don't have support behind you, and now you've got it. I'm also really glad that you picked weight watchers. My parents went on it years ago and they lost a lot of weight, and have been able to keep it off. If you really stick to it, I know you'll be able to do it. I've got faith in you |

| I really liked this series. I've seen all of the first and second seasons, along with both of the movies. (I've even made an AMV for it, and I'm currently working on my second one right now).
Although it's not the type of anime that I can watch when I'm tired, or have it playing in the background. Out of all of them though, I liked Innocence the best (which is a sequel to the first movie) because it was the most...poetic in a way. Well, that and absolutely gorgeous. Me and Sean went to go see it when it was in theaters, and it's by far the most beautiful anime I've ever seen. |

| I absolutely *loved* this movie. The imagery, symbolism, themes, etc. were so well done and so thought out, and during the entire movie I kept thinking "This is just like 1984!" (Which I was thrilled about, because it's one of my favorite books). I knew they'd never be able to make a movie about 1984 and get it to be a popular movie, simply because it doesn't have the right kind of action/romance that people would like, or could appreciate in a movie; however, V for Vendetta is almost like they replaced the main two characters with likable, messed up people that were products of the society that they lived in, and gave it a decent ending. So I'm kind of ignoring the fact that there was a comic, and I'm just considering it to be the movie version of 1984 .
I don't really see how anyone can consider it a way that they were promoting their views though, because this isn't a recent topic. These issues have been going on for hundreds of years, and to say that it's in direct association with today's politics is like disregarding everything that's happened throughout the course of history.  ... |
