OMG my grandparents have (or should I say had, as they just moved) the toughest tree I've ever seen.

A willow that's about 7 years old now. I remember when we planted that thing. It was so small... now it's HUGE (but I'll never see that place again :/). Anyway, it's been hit by lightning twice and lost about half of it. But it's resiliant and grew back both times. Talk about a tough tree

This is fucked up. Now she's saying she's all depressed because she hurt me. She said the reason she was distant was because she was getting attached to me and was scared of being hurt.

I really do love her, and I want to get back with her, but I just don't know what I should do. My dad thinks she's just leading me on for more shit down the line, but I'm really in love. I need some advice...

Ok, what happened was I broke up with her because I was the only one that put any effort into the relationship. I bought her things, took her places, did anything she wanted. For the first two and a half months, she was great, she showed me affection and interest and everything was great. Then she started to get distant becuase she was afraid to get hurt. But the affection and caring and everything just stopped, and I couldn't take not getting anything out of it anymore. Last time I checked, a relationship is supposed to be 50/50. Right? Well it was more like 100/0........

My dad thinks she's just pulling my strings and is eventually going to humiliate me to get even for breaking up with her in the first place. Like BlackLord said, evil. I want to trust my dad because he's my dad and he's always been there to give me good advice. Yet at the same time, I love Tara and want to trust her.

Either way, I'll be optimistic but at the same time prepared for the worst.

The sad thing is that it's often true.

Anyway, I'm through playing her games. She just keeps stringing me along. She tells me she's all depressed because she doesn't want to hurt me, yet she does it all the fucking time. So fuck her

Besides, now I can worry about me and not have to throw how I feel out the window to make someone else happy. And I don't have to spend money on her anymore
